★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto un servizio tanto veloce. Mail alla mattina e risposta dettagliata nel pomeriggio. Prima volta che mi approccio ad un servizio pubblico ,sono rimasto positivamente impressionato.
 Never seen such fast service. Mail in the morning and detailed reply in the afternoon. First time I approach a public service, I was positively impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per certa gente dev' essere uno sforzo disumano cambiare un riquadro con scritti i giorni e gli orari di apertura, patetico. All' ingresso c' era scritto che il centro è aperto dal lunedì al venerdì, ma ho chiamato l' operatore, gentile, che mi ha detto che il centro è aperto il lunedì e il mercoledì, se non vado errato. Un' altra squallida testimonianza di poco professionalità.
For some people it must be an inhumane effort to change a box with the opening days and hours written, pathetic. At the entrance it was written that the center is open from Monday to Friday, but I called the operator, kind, who told me that the center is open on Mondays and Wednesdays, if I am not mistaken. Another bleak testimony of lack of professionalism.
