Impossible to contact them by phone, after 5 minutes of waiting they tell you that all the operators are busy.

I went to them for teeth cleaning and I had a great time. All the staff welcomed me kindly and the hygienist who cleaned me was very delicate! I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni mi rivolgo al CML, e per la prima volta mi trovo a dover esprimere una recensione di questo tipo. Chiamo per spostare un appuntamento e l'addetto alle prenotazioni mi liquida in brevissimo tempo senza neanche darmi il tempo di chiedere una nuova data, anzi mi dice che devo richiamare più avanti perchè lui non ha tempo ed ha un paziente di fronte al desk!
Mi chiedo, uno studio come il CML non riesce a gestire la telefonata e il paziente in presenza?????? Ma soprtattutto che modo è di trattare il paziente al telefono , perchè sono paziente anche io , non solo quello in presenza di fronte al desk!!!!!!
For years I have been addressing the CML, and for the first time I find myself having to express a review of this type. I call to move an appointment and the booking clerk clears me in a very short time without even giving me time to ask for a new date, on the contrary he tells me that I have to call back later because he doesn't have time and he has a patient in front of the desk!
I wonder, a study like the CML can't handle the phone call and the patient in presence ?????? But above all what way is to treat the patient on the phone, because I am patient too, not just the one in front of the desk !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of weeks ago we had a good experience with a lady dental hygienist at CML. Took her time, was soft and flossed at the end. So we recommended CML to our daughter for cleaning her teeth, not knowing that they rotate their staff. The male dental hygienist attending to my daughter was rough, injured her gum and didn't even floss. In future we are going to be careful with a recommendation.
