★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per una maniglia rotta, mi hanno chiesto i dati del frigorifero e mi hanno fissato un appuntamento per un sopralluogo con un loro tecnico, dopo il sopralluogo costato 40€ mi chiamano per dirmi che i pezzi di ricambio non esistono perchè fuori produzione......grazie mille

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Sono 2 mesi che ho il frigorifero guasto e ancora sto aspettando che me lo riparino. Sono venuti ben due volte per dirmi le stesse cose, cioè che dovevano ordinare i pezzi. I pezzi la prima volta non me li hanno neanche ordinati. Addirittura si erano persi il foglio con i dati che avevano preso. Al telefono non rispondono mai. Sono andato di persona e ho trovato la porta chiusa in orario di apertura. Quando finalmente sono riuscito a farmi aprire mi hanno inventato la balla che i pezzi erano in ritardo per colpa della casa madre, cosa tra l'altro non vera (non erano mai stati ordinati, altrimenti avrei ricevuto la mail dalla Indesit con l'ordine dei pezzi). Capisco che ci possano essere dei disguidi ma non di questa portata. Assurdo.
Bad service. I have had my refrigerator broken for 2 months and I am still waiting for it to be repaired. They came twice to tell me the same things, that is, they had to order the pieces. The pieces didn't even order them for the first time. Even the data sheet they had taken had been lost. They never answer on the phone. I went in person and found the door closed during opening hours. When I finally managed to get myself opened, they invented the bale that the pieces were late because of the parent company, which was not true (they had never been ordered, otherwise I would have received the email from Indesit with the order of pieces). I understand that there may be mistakes but not of this magnitude. Absurd.
