L	Luca Dina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si possono dare zero stelle anche se sarebbe esattamente quello che meriterebbero; sono delle persone davvero poco professionali e scortesi, capisco non sia facile lavorare con il pubblico ed alcune volte serva davvero molta pazienza ma la loro maleducazione non è per nulla giustificata. Un giudizio davvero negativo su ogni punto di vista. Unfortunately, zero stars cannot be given even if it would be exactly what they deserve; they are very unprofessional and rude people, I understand it is not easy to work with the public and sometimes it takes a lot of patience but their rudeness is not justified at all. A truly negative opinion on every point of view.

Ho prima provato a telefonare per chiedere un'informazione banale e, senza darmi il tempo di finire la frase, mi e' stato risposto "Signora ho lo sportello pieno e non posso dare informazioni, puo' richiamare lunedi'" . Ho provato a dire semplicemente " ah, non mi puo' rispondere si o no ad una banale domanda?" e lei " esatto, ci risentiamo lunedi' buongiorno".... le faccio notare che se mi avesse lasciato parlare mi avrebbe gia' ampliamente risposto e le faccio i complimenti per la maleducazione e attacco. Provo quindi a recarmi allo sportello dove avevo davanti una decina di persone. Non essendo sicura di dover fare la fila proprio in quel posto, cerco di chiedere ad una signora che vedo tornare dal bagno e indovinate? era proprio la stessa che mi ha risposto al telefono e che senza neanche guardarmi in faccia al mio "mi scusi signora" risponde "non posso devo andare allo sportello" girando l'angolo. Complimenti alla signora in particolare, peccato non sapere il nome. Ci sono rimasta molto male per come sono stata trattata ma soprattutto mi dispiace pensare che probabilmente persone anziane o malate vengano trattate allo stesso modo, e' davvero vergognoso che non si riesca a chiedere neanche una banale informazione. Very bad experience this morning. Kudos to the lady in particular, sin does not know the name. There have been very bad for the way I was treated but mostly I hate to think that perhaps elderly or sick people are treated equally, and 'really a shame that you can not even ask a trivial information.

C	Camilla Malinverni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso è stata una brutta esperienza. Arrivo con mia figlia di neanche 3 anni per fare una visita oculistica, io incinta di 7 mesi. Ovviamente la bimba si mette a piangere perché impaurita e spaesata. Mi danno da compilare tre fogli Covid e mi dicono di far smettere di piangere la bambina. Cerco di calmarla e dopo neanche un minuto arriva un’infermiera e dice alla bambina in malo modo:” Devi smettere di piangere!” Ma scusate?? Ma siete impazziti? Mia figlia non ha neanche tre anni, arriva in un posto nuovo e sa che deve fare la sua prima visita, mi sbattete nella sala d’attesa in piedi a compilare mille moduli, non mi date neanche il tempo di calmarla e trattate così mia figlia? Ho chiesto a quest’infermiera di essere più gentile ma niente. Avevo letto le recensioni precedenti ma non pensavo fossero così TANTO maleducati. Il dottore oculista, invece è stato un angelo. Complimenti solo al dottore gentilissimo. Overall it was a bad experience. I arrive with my daughter who is not even 3 years old to have an eye examination, I am 7 months pregnant. Obviously the child starts to cry because she is afraid and disoriented. They give me three Covid sheets to fill out and tell me to stop the baby crying. I try to calm her down and after less than a minute a nurse comes and says to the little girl in a bad way: "You have to stop crying!" But sorry ?? But are you crazy? My daughter is not even three years old, she arrives in a new place and knows she has to make her first visit, you throw me in the waiting room standing up to fill out a thousand forms, you don't even give me time to calm her down and you treat my daughter like this ? I asked this nurse to be kinder but nothing. I had read the previous reviews but didn't think they were SO RUDE. The eye doctor, on the other hand, was an angel. Congratulations only to the very kind doctor.

F	Franco Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco sventuratamente in questo ufficio alla ricerca di informazioni circa il greenpass, mi ritrovo davanti ad una impiegata sulla cinquantina (occhiali da vista, capelli castani fino alle spalle) svogliatissima che non mi lascia neanche finire la domanda e mi dice che quanto chiesto non è gestito in questa sede. E fin qui ci sta. Ciò che è inaccettabile è l'arroganza, l'indisponenza e la superiorità con cui si atteggia la suddetta impiegata, i toni con cui ti "spiega" le cose non ascoltando nemmeno la risposta. È assurdo che gente così lavori in un ufficio pubblico, quando chissà quante altre persone potrebbero espletare lo stesso compito con più serietà e sicuramente con più gentilezza.
