★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo veramente incredibile che una ASL utilizzi un 199, che è un numero a pagamento, per prendere un appuntamento per qualsiasi visita o prestazione pubblica. Vergogna!
I find it really incredible that an ASL uses a 199, which is a paid number, to make an appointment for any visit or public performance. Shame!

Hallucinating, they never respond. Moreover, the line is often busy so the offices are manned. Worse than the post office!
