★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il venditore si è dapprima dimostrato molto cortese, invitandomi a vedere l'auto in salone, un pronta consegna.
Sentendo che avevo da dare in permuta la mia auto, ha iniziato a storcere il naso perché avrebbe ridotto di troppo il costo della loro vettura. Per recuperare mi spara un preventivo allucinante senza nemmeno elencarmi gli optional presenti sulla versione in questione. Promettendomi di farmi sapere quanto mi costerebbe l'auto con la permuta della mia mi fa capire che mi avrebbe ricontattato la settimana seguente, cosa che ovviamente non è avvenuta.
Pessima gestione e serietà col cliente, quando ci si impegna si fa avere un preventivo dettagliato. Prezzi gonfiati di almeno 5mila euro su modelli analoghi venduti da concessionarie concorrenti, tantopiù che si parla di un pronta consegna a fine carriera. Io mi domando come si possano vendere fondi di magazzino a quelle cifre.

Prices inflated by at least 5 thousand euros on similar models sold by competing dealerships, especially since there is talk of a prompt delivery at the end of the career. I wonder how stock funds can be sold at those figures.

Mi ha fatto perdere un'ottima occasione a Milano (altro livello e altra serietà) per arrivare oggi, solo dietro mia chiamata (una settimana per fare un preventivo....) Dicendomi che l'operazione era lunga 150gg , ma come a Milano me la consegnavano il 04.06.2022...così ho perso capra e cavoli! Non è più la Bertoni di una volta! Ci penserei bene prima di andarci
