Nous sommes d'abord allés voir un garage proche de notre logement, le mecano pensant à un problème au niveau d'une résistance défectueuse. Mais il nous a proposé de nous rendre au garage Peugeot Caon de Gavirate, précisant qu'ils seraient mieux équipés pour établir un diagnostic plus précis.
Après quelques recherches, Mr Caon nous a indiqué que le filtre à particules devait être changé ou bien que le liquide du filtre était insuffisant. Nous apprenons que le remplacement du filtre à particules coûterait 1000€, sans compter la main d'oeuvre.
Nous choisissons de ne pas laisser la voiture et d'attendre d'être pris en charge par l'assistance.
24h plus tard, nous récupérons notre véhicule que l'assitance a donc pris en charge. Pour la réparer, il a suffit de changer la résistance ainsi que la batterie pour un montant de 300€.
Des explications Mr Caon ?
Our car (Citroën) broke down during our vacation in Biandronno. We first went to see a garage near our accommodation, the mechanic thinking of a problem with a defective resistance. But he suggested that we go to the Peugeot Caon garage in Gavirate, specifying that they would be better equipped to establish a more precise diagnosis.
After some research, Mr Caon told us that the particle filter had to be changed or that the filter fluid was insufficient. We learn that replacing the particulate filter would cost 1000 €, not including labor.
We choose not to leave the car and wait to be picked up by assistance.
24 hours later, we collect our vehicle, which the assistance has therefore taken care of. To repair it, it was enough to change the resistance as well as the battery for an amount of 300 €.
