Il pronto soccorso, con tutte le pezze giustificative del caso di turni assurdi viene tutto giustificato. Però trovare gente maleducata ad iniziare da alcune dott.sse senza il minimo rispetto verso gli altri è inaccettabile e non parliamo della disorganizzazione in accettazione. Forse dovrebbero tenere a mente che sono pagati da noi e il minimo, sarebbe tenere un comportamento di buona educazione. Capisco che purtroppo quella all'università non la insegnano. Peccato che il primario se ne sbatta. Se a ogni recezione licenziasse qualcuno anche se difficile,forse il civile ritornerebbe ad essere un vero ospedale come nel passato. Ponetevi la domanda perché la gente si rivolge ad altri ospedali?aggiornamento dopo 7,30persi i vari stoccaggio di sedie. Risultato entrata in codice verde, cosa strana per uscita diventa codice bianco Con pagamento di circa 23 euro. Ma dove siamo ormai e meno male che questa è la sanità di eccellenza. m	maurizio torri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È veramente assurdo che un pronto soccorso dove porti un ragazzo di 20 anni che ha subito un forte trauma alla schiena e non si regge in piedi, entrato alle 9.30, alle 14.20 gli sia stata fatta solo una radiografia e lasciato in sala d'attesa ad aspettare insieme ad altre 30 persone che arrivi un medico. Nessun antidolorifico nessun rispetto e non sappiamo nulla sul suo stato di salute e quando verrà visitato. Non siamo in Africa, con tutto il rispetto che merita l'Africa, ma a Brescia che dovrebbe essere un eccellenza Italiana. Pazzesco. G	Giacomo Castellano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato al pronto soccorso per una scheggia nell'occhio, nellarco di un'ora faccio l'accettazione e la visita poi però bisogna aspettare che la dottoressa di turno compili un foglio per lasciarti andare. 3 ore di attesa perché la dottoressa è impegnata. Vergognoso. Alla fine sono andato via senza aver avuto notizie di questa fantomatica dottoressa. L'unica cosa che ho ottenuto è stato il conto del parcheggio dell'ospedale, 5,10€ per niente. Complimenti! Come mai mio figlio dalle 15.30 in attesa di essere visto da un medico sta ancora aspettando e sono quasi le 22.00??? L'anno scorso per sospetta appendicite codice giallo ricoverato in reparto dopo 7/8 ore in pronto soccorso??? In questa notte di S.Lorenzo esprimo un desiderio...tempi più brevi nel pronto soccorso ?? d	donatella gobbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggiorato, ho avuto una distorsione alla caviglia non avevano neppure la fasciatura allo zinco che dovevano farmi ,l ortopedico poi dice che tanto era uguale allo zinco o niente, io capisco che ci sono cose molto più gravi ma non avere neppure i presidi necessari. Worse, I had a sprained ankle they didn't even have the zinc bandage that they were supposed to do, the orthopedist then says that it was much the same as zinc or nothing, I understand that there are much more serious things but I don't even have the necessary safeguards.
S	Silvia Gervasio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata al pronto soccorso per una forte fibrillazione ho chiesto se intervenissero subito perché con il cuore non si scherza e il medico di turno mi ha risposto che le cose si chiedono con gentilezza e senza pretendere. A volte penso che veramente per alcuni noi siamo solo carne da macello! K	Karyna Shpakovska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire... pronto soccorso del reparto ginecologia e stato moooolto più veloce. Sono entrata, ho fatto l'accettazione e 10/15 minuti dopo mi avevano visitata. Oggi ho portato una persona (parente) al pronto soccorso per il reparto chirurgia, che dopo due settimane dall'operazione per il tumore gli si è fermato il drenaggio e si è gonfiato, lui nonostante avesse telefonato prima, gli hanno detto di andare al pronto soccorso e che il dottore sarebbe stato avvisato.. niente alle 19:33 è entrato, ora sono le ore 23:29 e non lo hanno nemmeno visitato, in attesa... Pronto soccorso civile mai più!!!! What can I say ... the emergency room of the gynecology department was soooo faster. I went in, checked in and 10/15 minutes later they visited me. Today I took a person (relative) to the emergency room for the surgery department, who after two weeks from the operation for the tumor stopped the drainage and swelled, despite having called before, they told him to go to the emergency room rescue and that the doctor would have been notified .. nothing entered at 19:33, now it is 23:29 and they have not even visited him, waiting ... Civil emergency never again !!!!

Staff is nice, they speak decent English and they offer different options with regards to the treatment. It took 45 min to get processed. Doctors and nurses were nice and helpful.
