★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo parole di encomio per l'intervento odierno (23/09/2019) - sostituzione vaso di espansione della caldaia Baxi.
- appuntamento col tecnico - Massimo - per le 11:00: arrivato alle 10:59;
- veloce ispezione della caldaia si è deciso di sostituire il vaso di espansione (decisione presa solo dopo diverse prove per averne la certezza);
- tornato in deposito per un nuovo vaso di espansione;
- tornato, installato il nuovo vaso e fatta la pulizia della caldaia;
- prezzo più che onesto;
- ciliegina sulla torta: pagamento con bancomat mobile.
L'intervento precedente - la sostituzione della valvola di sicurezza, a marzo scorso da un altro tecnico - Simone - altrettanto professionale e veloce.

 Only words of praise for today's intervention (09/23/2019) - replacement of Baxi boiler expansion vessel.
- appointment with the technician - Maximum - at 11:00: arrived at 10:59;
- quick inspection of the boiler it was decided to replace the expansion vessel (decision taken only after several tests to be sure);
- returned to storage for a new expansion vessel;
- returned, installed the new vessel and cleaned the boiler;
- price more than honest;
- icing on the cake: payment by mobile ATM.
The previous intervention - the replacement of the safety valve, last March by another technician - Simone - just as professional and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta non all'altezza delle aspettative, la manutenzione ordinaria di un addolcitore è passata da € 55,00 del 2017 a € 75,00 del 2019 a un preventivo telefonico "tassativo" di € 90,00 di quest'anno! Ogni anno aumentano i prezzi? Atteggiamento poco professionale.
Company not up to expectations, the ordinary maintenance of a softener has gone from € 55.00 in 2017 to € 75.00 in 2019 to a "mandatory" telephone quote of € 90.00 this year! Do prices rise every year? Unprofessional attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da anni che mi servivo da loro poi l ultimo lavoro della durata di 14 min scritto in fattura, senza sostituzione di pezzi ma solo gonfiaggio del serbatoio espansione mi hanno fatto pagare 75 €. OK i 35€ di diritto di chiamata ma gli altri 40??, Telefonato più volte in Uff e la segretaria non sapeva cosa dire, chiesto di essere chiamato ma non si sono fatti sentire. Pessimi e non affidabili perso un cliente con più appartamenti.
I had been using them for years, then the last job of 14 min written on the invoice, without replacement of parts but only inflation of the expansion tank made me pay 75 €. OK the 35 € of call right but the other 40 ??, telephoned several times in the Office and the secretary didn't know what to say, asked to be called but they didn't make themselves heard. Bad and unreliable lost a customer with more apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuti per controlli fumi, mi hanno lasciato con una perdita non comunicata. Quando li ho ricontattati hanno mentito dicendo che ci avevano comunicato che c'era già la perdita e che non sono riusciti ad eseguire tutti i lavori di controllo a causa della presenza del cartongesso. Tutte cose non comunicate a voce poco prima e però...fatte pagare un salasso! Poca professionalità e tanta maleducazione.
They came for smoke checks, they left me with an undisclosed leak. When I contacted them they lied saying that they had told us that there was already the leak and that they were unable to carry out all the control works due to the presence of plasterboard. All things not communicated by word of mouth just before and yet ... made to pay a drain! Little professionalism and a lot of rudeness.

sono venuti in ritardo e sono andati via dopo aver speso 400 euro lasciandomi senza acqua calda in novembre e di venerdi quindi a piedi giustificandosi dicendo che il problema non riguardava più loro , di fatto prima avevo l'acqua calda poi no. Ho seguito il loro consiglio di cambiare le cartucce nei miscelatori ma nulla ..... Nonostante la richiesta di poter parlare con un tecnico dopo svariate chiamate non mi hanno più richiamato
Intervento già fatto nel 2017 per la modica cifra di " 200euro" al 2021 è lievitata a 400 .

they came late and left after spending 400 euros leaving me without hot water in November and then walking on Friday, justifying themselves by saying that the problem did not concern them anymore, in fact first I had hot water then no. I followed their advice to change the cartridges in the mixers but nothing ..... Despite the request to be able to speak to a technician after several calls they never called me back
