★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato da Bentani accompagnato dal mio idraulico di fiducia Narcisa impianti, dovendo ristrutturare casa completamente, abbiamo acquistato tutto, dalla pavimentazione al rivestimento della cucina, e del bagno oltre a tutti i sanitari ,doccia e mobile bagno, termosifoni e termocucina. Oltre al lavoro eseguito con incredibile maestria, ho trovato ottimi materiali ,ed una professionalità che credevo ormai perduta, nonostante questa sia un’era in cui ci si lancia verso l’affare ed il risparmio, non bisogna mai dimenticare il fatto, che se si vuole dell’alta qualità bisogna pagarla. Sono rimasto contentissimo di Bertani, per la professionalità oltre che per la serietà e l’impegno nel seguire il singolo cliente ed un grazie và alla Sig.ra Teresa che ci ha consigliato è seguito dall’inizio alla fine di tutti i nostri acquisti.

Su una mia affermazione, che stava esagerando con il prezzo, emette uno scontrino, facendomi pagare un sacco da 25kg 10.98€ (9€+iva).
Morale della favola, strappa il buono di circa 24 euro, quindi senza riuscire a consumarlo tutto, dicendomi che anzi devo apprezzare il fatto che lo hanno accettato.
Garbatamente, rispondo che sono soldi che già avevano incassato e che il buono era stato emesso da loro, senza alcuna prescrizione.
Giusto per la cronaca, un prezzo medio/alto di sale di qualità da 25kg è 7€ in commercio.
Come perdere clientela inutilmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono un idraulico, ma la voglia di risolvere dell'addetto non mi è sembrata sufficiente (diciamo zero) e i prezzi molto, molto discutibili (alti). Per fortuna a Reggio c'è altro. Non è stata, per me, un'esperienza positiva, mai più ! Trattare con i clienti non è da tutti, peccato che la brutta figura la faccia l'azienda.
