★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella costruzione della mia nuova casa si sono occupati dell'impianto elettrico, della fornitura del motore elettrico del cancello, dell'installazione dell'impianto dell'antenna. Nell'impianto elettrico hanno cablato tutti gli interruttori (anche quelli per cui avevamo richiesto la sola predisposizione). Nell'ingresso non funzionava la luce (si erano dimenticati di attaccare i fili all'interno della scatola), non hanno messo il pulsante per aprire il cancello, nell'appartamento spingevo un interruttore e si accendeva la luce da un'altra parte. Parliamo ora dell'impianto di antenna: una oscenità. Sia la progettazione che l'esecuzione è tutta sbagliata. Dopo che sono venuti i tecnici exim senza risolvere (la tv non la vediamo spesso e volentieri) dopo 2 anni ci siamo stancati e abbiamo chiamato un antennista di nostra fiducia. L'impianto è completamente sbagliato. Per le 3 unità abitative hanno usato un solo palo che è insufficiente (infatti nessuno dei 3 riesce a vedere bene la tv) e la potenza del segnale è insufficiente. La progettazione doveva prevedere 3 pali per ogni unità abitativa. Ora per risolvere dobbiamo spaccare il tetto nuovo per infilare gli altri 2 pali per avere ognuno il suo, tutte spese a nostro carico. Parliamo del motore del cancello. Nemmeno quello era funzionante. Dopo vari tentativi (mesi e mesi) l'hanno dovuto sostituire. Insomma non c'è stata una sola cosa fatta da loro funzionante al primo colpo. Dimenticavo, stiamo ancora aspettando gli schemi dell' impianto elettrico più volte richiesti e sollecitati. 2 anni si vede che non bastano

Let's talk now about the antenna system: an obscenity. Both the planning and the execution are all wrong. After the exim technicians came without solving (we don't see the TV often and willingly) after 2 years we got tired and called an antennist of our trust. The plant is completely wrong. For the 3 housing units they used only one pole which is insufficient (in fact none of the 3 can see TV well) and the signal strength is insufficient. The design had to include 3 poles for each housing unit. Now to solve we have to split the new roof to insert the other 2 poles to have each his own, all expenses borne by us. Let's talk about the gate motor. That wasn't working either. After several attempts (months and months) they had to replace it. In short, there was not a single thing done by them working at the first attempt. I forgot, we are still waiting for the electrical system diagrams repeatedly requested and requested. 2 years we see that are not enough
