Il Centro è dedicato interamente allo studio della pratica dello yoga, proposto con posizioni sia a corpo libero che coadiuvate da attrezzi.
Chiunque può partecipare alle lezioni a prescindere dal proprio livello di conoscenza della disciplina, non essendoci distinzione tra principianti ed esperti; anzi, i meno esperti possono trarre vantaggio dalle capacità degli allievi con più anni di pratica alle spalle, nella parte della lezione in cui si studiano le Asana con esercizi a coppie.
Lo yoga è per tutti: non è necessario essere flessibili per praticare yoga, ma è indispensabile praticare yoga per essere flessibili.
Competence, professionalism and a deep love for the discipline of yoga make this Center an oasis in which to shelter from the ugliness of everyday life and in which to enjoy the kindness that spreads in the air.
The Center is entirely dedicated to the study of yoga practice, proposed with both free-body positions and supported by tools.
Anyone can participate in the lessons regardless of their level of knowledge of the discipline, since there is no distinction between beginners and experts; in fact, the less experienced can take advantage of the skills of the students with more years of practice behind them, in the part of the lesson in which the Asanas are studied with exercises in pairs.
Yoga is for everyone: it is not necessary to be flexible to practice yoga, but it is essential to practice yoga to be flexible.
