★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquista una cucina costosa ma purtroppo montaggio scadente, penisola senza la barra di rinforzo con attesa di 2 mesi per l'arrivo e ce ne siamo accorti noi, non loro. Non sono stati montati nemmeno i sifoni del lavandino. Pessimo servizio per una cucina di oltre diecimila euro.

Come evidenziato da altri utenti, lo showroom è molto bello, e fintantoché il personale è interessato a concludere delle vendite, sono gentili e disponibili. I problemi nel nostro caso sono arrivati in seguito. Oltre al ritardo nella consegna, il servizio in generale si è mostrato molto scadente, con diversi errori e totale apparente mancanza di comunicazione e organizzazione tra i vari reparti della Bertani. Al primo tentativo di consegna si è presentato un dipendente della Bertani che neanche sapeva che i mobili dovessero essere montati - ‘io sono qui solo per la consegna’. Dopo aver richiamato noi più volte per riorganizzare la consegna e il montaggio, arriva il giorno riprogrammato per la consegna, e i ragazzi del montaggio ci informano che loro non essendo idraulici non potranno installare uno dei due miscelatori. Noi siamo rimasti basiti, dato che in sede di acquisto ci avevano detto serenamente che tutti i complementi acquistati sarebbero stati installati – in teoria, se una ditta offre un servizio di montaggio, starebbe a lei organizzarlo in maniera adeguata. Ad ulteriore nostra email di sollecito, è seguita una risposta con un tono di sufficienza, che includeva il numero dell’idraulico da chiamare. Noi. In breve: non è un servizio accettabile né commisurato al prezzo pagato.
Beautiful furniture, lack of professionalism in the service.
As noted by other reviewers, the showroom is very nice, and as long as the staff are interested in making sales, they are friendly and helpful. The problems in our case came later. In addition to the delay in delivery, the service in general proved to be very poor, with several errors and a total apparent lack of communication and organization between the various departments of Bertani. At the first delivery attempt, a Bertani employee showed up who didn't even know the furniture had to be assembled - 'I'm only here for the delivery'. After calling us several times to reorganize the delivery and assembly, the rescheduled day for delivery arrives, and the assembly guys inform us that they, not being plumbers, will not be able to install one of the two mixers. We were thrilled, given that during the purchase we were calmly told that all the accessories purchased would be installed - in theory, if a company offers an assembly service, it would be up to them to organize it appropriately. Our further reminder email was followed by a response with a sufficiently tone, which included the number of the plumber to call. We. In short: it is neither an acceptable service nor commensurate with the price paid.
