Notified by my tenant, I contact the Traldi company for a cost estimate but the technician is out of office. I recontact the secretary in the evening who has not yet spoken with the technician. I ask for the cost of the sanitary exchanger of the Baxi Luna 20 Fi and it is priced at 150 euros + VAT, I estimate an hour of intervention at 35 euros and 45 euros for a call. Abundant, I expect a maximum expense of 250 + VAT and I confirm the intervention. After the intervention, the tenant warns me that the total cost is 360 euros + VAT From the replaced spare parts I assume that replacing the exchanger did not solve the problem because they also replace an NTC probe costing 45 euros But obviously the problem is not solved because they tell me that they have also replaced the 2 membranes of the 3-way valve cost 35 euros + VAT (I did not find them among the spare parts they left me) They also replace the tap filters because they said they were clogged. Add another hour of intervention to the account at 35 euros + VAT and another 45 I was for the 2nd call (the secretary had not advised me that I would have to pay twice for the call) I arrive at a total of 382 + VAT but with the discount I go down to 360 + VAT. 1) I didn't expect to have to pay twice for the call 2) Having already made a first inspection, the technician should have understood the cause of the problem and better quantify the expense. 3) Given the expense I would have liked to be notified before the second intervention.
