Questa è la mia esperienza: Chiamati il 31/12/2016 per blocco caldaia Immergas con segnalazione di un problema al pressostato fumi sono usciti tempestivamente e mi hanno sostituito la ventola di aspirazione. Costo intervento 180€. Richiamati a febbraio per stesso blocco mi hanno sostituito gratuitamente il pressostato fumi. Domenica di Pasqua (27/03/2016) è tornata nuovamente in blocco con lo stesso problema, quindi ho passato pasquetta a casa senza riscaldamento ne acqua sanitaria. Martedì mattina sono venuti e non hanno fatto altro che resettare l'allarme (gratuitamente) dicendo che al momento non avevano l'attrezzatura per fare una diagnosi del problema. Io fin dall'inizio ho tenuto la ventola che mi fu sostituita al primo intervento per fare qualche test (sono ingegnere meccatronico quindi un po' me ne intendo) e secondo me funziona perfettamente. A mio parere il problema si sarebbe potuto risolvere senza sostituire la ventola (quindi senza farmi spendere 180€) e soprattutto senza altri 2 blocchi della caldaia! This is my experience: Called on 12/31/2016 for the Immergas boiler block with signaling of a problem with the smoke pressure switch, they promptly left and replaced the suction fan. Intervention cost € 180. Called back in February for the same block, they replaced the smoke pressure switch for free. Easter Sunday (03/27/2016) is back in block with the same problem, so I spent Easter at home without heating or sanitary water. Tuesday morning they came and did nothing but reset the alarm (for free) saying that they didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem at the moment. From the beginning I kept the fan that was replaced at the first operation to do some tests (I'm a mechatronic engineer so I mean a little bit) and I think it works perfectly. In my opinion the problem could have been solved without replacing the fan (so without making me spend 180 €) and above all without another 2 boiler blocks! Roberto

Mia mamma anziana ora invalida è una loro cliente da tempo per la manutenzione della caldaia. Per ovvi motivi da qualche anno mi occupo io della gestione degli impianti tecnici. Nell'intervento di circa un mese fa ho avuto una conferma di efficienza per la tempestività con cui hanno risolto il guasto. Dopo una decina di giorni la stessa caldaia si è fermata di nuovo per un altro motivo e in questa occasione il tecnico è intervenuto dopo 20 minuti dalla chiamata; un tempo quasi da pronto soccorso: ho chiamato alle 8:20 e alle 8:40 il tecnico era sul posto e aveva già trovato il problema!!! Vista poi la sfortuna dei due guasti molto vicini non correlati tra loro mi sono venuti incontro per quanto riguarda i costi, cosa assolutamente non scontata. Sottolineo anche che gli interventi sono stati effettuati in dicembre tra Natale e Capodanno... Mi ritengo quindi molto soddisfatto del trattamento ricevuto. After about ten days the same boiler stopped again for another reason and on this occasion the technician intervened 20 minutes after the call; a time almost from emergency room: I called at 8:20 and 8:40 the technician was on site and had already found the problem !!! Given the misfortune of the two very close faults that are not related to each other, they came to me in terms of costs, which is absolutely not obvious. I also stress that the interventions were carried out in December between Christmas and New Year ... I am therefore very satisfied with the treatment received.
