★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato indicando marca (Ferroli) e difetto della caldaia. All'arrivo il tecnico dice in sintesi che non può intervenire su questa caldaia e che se avesse preso lui la telefonata....morale 50 euro. La prossima volta parlatevi o chiamate prima di uscire. Grazie.
I called indicating the brand (Ferroli) and the boiler fault. Upon arrival the technician says in summary that he cannot intervene on this boiler and that if he had taken the call .... moral 50 euros. Next time talk or call before going out. Thanks.
