Very rude secretary, I call and she never answers and when she replies after months I point out that on google c it was written that they were closed and she very rude replies that they are not present on google. Without words. Zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio PESSIMO! Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a tale centro assistenza in quanto mancano di professionalità, sono scortesi nelle chiamate e non hanno alcun RISPETTO verso il cliente. Dopo aver richiesto assistenza si sono degnati di intervenire dopo ben 7 mesi a seguito di continui solleciti, non rispetto degli appuntamenti fissati e totale scortesia da parte del tecnico, quest'ultimo dimostratosi arrogante e indisponibile. VERGOGNA
BAD service! I strongly advise against contacting this service center as they lack professionalism, are rude in their calls and have no RESPECT towards the customer. After requesting assistance, they deigned to intervene after 7 months following continuous reminders, non-respect of the scheduled appointments and total rudeness on the part of the technician, the latter proved arrogant and unavailable. SHAME
