★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro assistenza per niente professionale, 15€ per provare un aspirapolvere, non smontare ma solo per accenderla per alla fine scrivere effettuato controllo funzionamento regolare, la mia aspirapolvere continua a non funzionare correttamente. Per di piu ritirata l apirapolvere sporca dopo che io l ho educatamente portata pulita. Cambiate centro assistenza.
 Service center for nothing professional, 15 € to try a vacuum cleaner, do not disassemble but just to turn it on for eventually writing performed regular operation check, my vacuum cleaner still does not work properly. For more withdrawn the dirty vacuum cleaner after I politely brought it clean. Change service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tecnico è venuto per constatare che la scheda dell’ asciugatrice era guasta e mi ha subito proposto la sostituzione per 220€. Non ho accettato e mi ha proposto la riparazione per 120€. Riparano la scheda e una volta montata non funziona! Stesso problema! Stavolta l’ altro tecnico mi dice che la sostituzione costa 250€. Non accetto e quindi ho perso ben 50€ di acconto per la riparazione e i due interventi a casa. BENE! Essendo anche io un tecnico ma di tutt’ altra tipologia, l’ho aperta e ho notato che a parte il “ sigillo “ messo per non farmi aprire la scheda, non vi è alcun segno di saldatura o sostituzione componenti! SIGNORI vi informo che ho sostituito il relè omron presente e l’ asciugatrice ora funziona! Accettando la sostituzione stranamente il tecnico voleva anche la scheda giasta indietro... cosi stavolta la riparava per davvero. Rubate pure... continuate! Bravi

Il tecnico, venuto a casa mi ha proposto la sostituzione con un costo di €50 maggiore del piano cottura nuovo. Ovviamente non ho accettato e ho pagato €30. 00 x uscita tecnico. Non potevano avvisarmi del costo assurdo del pezzo? Come mi sono sentito??? Immaginate..

Non metto in dubbio che il pezzo non era disponibile, non metto in dubbio la vostra bravura nel vostro lavoro, ma soltanto la scarsa professionalità nel chi si rapporta telefonicamente con il cliente con aria di menefreghismo e superficialità.
Detto ciò rimarco il fatto che siete molto competenti in quello che fate.
Dopo più di un mese che ho portato in riparazione un' aspirapolvere in riparazione sono ancora in attesa di avere informazioni, l'unica cosa che mi hanno detto dopo aver telefonato è stato che sono in attesa del ricambio, sarà forse perché la riparazione dev'essere fatta in garanzia? Il dubbio te lo fanno venire proprio loro, anche lasciandoti in attesa di una telefonata che mai è arrivata

After more than a month that I brought a vacuum cleaner to be repaired I am still waiting for information, the only thing they told me after phoning was that I am waiting for the replacement, maybe it will be because the repair must be made under warranty? Doubt they make you come right, even leaving you waiting for a phone call that never came
