★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver specificato più volte che fossi di Milano, mi era stato detto che non c’erano problemi e quindi impostiamo la cucina. Il preventivo che ne esce fuori è semplicemente imbarazzante su una cucina normale (elettrodomestici top ma finiture medie). Glielo faccio notare (avendo preventivi da competitor nettamente inferiori) ma comunque mi hanno detto che me lo avrebbero mandato via mail. Il giorno dopo mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che su Milano non riescono a lavorare per problemi di montaggio. Scusa penosa e comportamento veramente poco professionale. Tempo buttato.
After having specified several times that I was from Milan, I was told that there were no problems and so let's set up the kitchen. The quote that comes out is simply embarrassing on a normal kitchen (top appliances but medium finishes). I point this out to them (having much lower competitor quotes) but in any case they told me that they would send it to me via email. The next day they called me and told me that in Milan they can't work due to assembly problems. Painful excuse and very unprofessional behavior. Time wasted.

Ci siamo trovati ad acquistare casa nel mezzo del lockdown e abbiamo dovuto affrontare mille difficoltà, che conoscete bene. Siete stati sempre attenti, comprensivi e soprattutto umani. Fabrizio, il titolare, si è reso più che disponibile nel post vendita per risolvere piccoli imprevisti come la sostituzione di un paio di pezzi con difetti di fabbrica. Servizio nel complesso ottimo così come il rapporto qualità prezzo dei prodotti acquistati. Negozio dove sicuramente tornerò e che ho già consigliato a parenti e amici!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una pessima esperienza con un altro rinomato rivenditore di ostia abbiamo trovato da Arredamenti di Sora grande accoglienza e professionalità.
Nonostante non avessimo acquistato qui la nostra cucina 6 anni fa (che rammarico!) Fabrizio è riuscito a riadattarla al meglio, e si è fatto carico del lavoro che l'altro rivenditore si è rifiutato di fare. Che dire, tempi rispettati e la cucina è stupenda!
Grazie veramente di cuore perché si vede che questo lavoro lo fate con passione.

After a bad experience with another renowned reseller of ostia, we found great hospitality and professionalism from Arredamenti di Sora.
Although we hadn't bought our kitchen here 6 years ago (what a regret!) Fabrizio managed to re-adapt it to the best, and took care of the work that the other dealer refused to do. What can I say, respected times and the cuisine is wonderful!
