โ โ โ โ โ Non proprio delicatissima lโinfermiera che esegue il tamponeโฆ anzi. Un fastidio che ho continuato a provare per mezzโora dopo aver fatto il tampone. Inoltre, โfastidiosoโ disguido anche sul costo del tampone. Al telefono, in fase di prenotazione, avevo chiesto conferma del costo di 20 euro, una volta arrivata lรฌ ho scoperto che costava 30 euro.

โ โ โ โ โ Incaricata ad effettuare il tampone maleducata e arrogante. Non mostra il campione dopo il test e sostiene di averlo giรก BUTTATO. Fra tampone e certificato 50 minuti di attesa (ero la prima in coda). La farmacia dimostra poca serietร nella selezione di personale incompetente e inadeguato al contatto col pubblico.
Charged to swab rude and arrogant. It does not show the sample after the test and claims to have THROW it already. Between buffer and certificate 50 minutes of waiting (I was the first in the queue). The pharmacy shows little seriousness in the selection of incompetent and inadequate staff in contact with the public.

โ โ โ โ โ Fatto molecolare ieri pomeriggio per la modica cifra di 100 euro, non ho ancora ricevuto esito!
Da un servizio privato ed a quel prezzo, a mio avviso, dovrebbero garantire un servizio migliore.
Segnalo inoltre che ieri non funzionava pos, quindi non potrรฒ portare neanche in detrazione questa spesa!

โ โ โ โ โ Personale di una maleducazione preoccupante (soprattutto una ragazza). Totale assenza di cordialitร e gentilezza.
Telefonare al numero per prenotare un tampone risulta impossibile dal momento che non rispondono apposta, come mi ha detto personalmente la ragazza della quale parlavo prima. Mi presento ugualmente, faccio la fila di piรน di mezz'ora per poi essere trattato in malo modo.
Selezionate meglio le persone da far lavorare a contatto con la clientela. Chi c'รจ adesso per quanto mi riguarda non รจ all'altezza neanche di rapportarsi con se stessa allo specchio.
Staff of a worrying rudeness (especially a girl). Total absence of friendliness and kindness.
Calling the number to book a tampon is impossible since they do not answer on purpose, as the girl I spoke about previously told me personally. I introduce myself anyway, I queue for more than half an hour and then be treated badly.
Better select the people to work in contact with customers. Who is there now as far as I'm concerned is not even up to relating to herself in the mirror.
