Lo consiglio vivamente anche come posticino romantico da visitare in coppia.

Excellent apartment in the center of Ortigia very welcoming and well cared for in detail, nothing is missing, strategic position to get around the best of Syracuse.
I also highly recommend it as a romantic place to visit as a couple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al nostro arrivo abbiamo constatato subito che il condizionatore non funzionava e pertanto abbiamo segnalato il malfunzionamento al proprietario, che ci hanno fornito due ventilatori.
Il giorno dopo l'arrivo dai rubinetti di cucina e bagno usciva solo un filo di acqua e per giunta anche fredda, come potete constatare dalla foto ed il proprietario ha giustificato ciò addebitandolo ad un guasto della conduttura comunale, pertanto non abbiamo potuto la doccia. Ed ancora la macchinetta del caffè era in condizioni non idonee all'utilizzo (il contenitore dell'acqua era sporco e vuoto) inoltre non abbiamo potuto adoperare il piano cottura, poiché non usciva gas dai fornelli (poco prima di lasciare l'appartamento l'incaricato giunto sul posto ha rinvenuto la valvola del gas chiusa dietro il sifone del lavandino, pertanto siamo stati costretti a fare colazione al bar, nonostante fosse inclusa nel prezzo. Inoltre non siamo stati muniti per l'ccesso all'isola di Ortigia del pass, che consente alle persone che alloggiano nell'isola di circolare all'interno della ZTL
Upon our arrival we immediately found that the air conditioner was not working and therefore we reported the malfunction to the owner, who provided us with two fans.
The day after the arrival from the kitchen and bathroom taps only a trickle of water came out and moreover also cold, as you can see from the photo and the owner justified this by charging it to a fault in the municipal pipeline, therefore we could not take a shower. And again the coffee machine was in unsuitable conditions for use (the water container was dirty and empty) and we could not use the hob, as no gas came out of the stove (just before leaving the apartment the arrived on site he found the gas valve closed behind the siphon of the sink, so we were forced to have breakfast at the bar, even though it was included in the price. Furthermore, we were not provided with a pass for access to the island of Ortigia. which allows people staying on the island to circulate within the ZTL
