The one star is for a good check-in experience and good initial contact when we had problems in our apartment.
This good service lasted 2 days and they were then almost impossible to get hold of (office closed when it was meant to be open, never answered the phone, slow to respond to messages). This was especially important when we had problems in the apartment that needed to be fixed. They said they would rectify them and then did not.
When I asked them to ask the owner for financial compensation they just told me to contact Airbnb and to "have a nice day". Rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this agency for property management. I did not use their other services.
