★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good stay here. Centrally located, great value for the money, daily house cleaning. Didn't use the kitchen apart from preparing a cup of tea. Tons of bars and restaurants opened until late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is okay, never a 4 star, maximum one or two. The noise of the street was to much so I could change the room. There I had loud neighbours above me. Windows very insecure and easy to break in. Breakfast was in a cafe besides the hotel. Coffee and croissant, I was lucky they gave me a toast and orange juice. Two weeks the very same.
Worst of all is customer service. I came for business reason and had a corporate address on my invoice. They gave me an invoice without tax so I have problems now in my company. Their I asked for a new invoice and their customer service just said I should have asked for an invoice with VAT when I was there and now after 1.5 months it's to late to create a new one. So they expect the customer to know about Italian tax and invoice requirements???
After some research I found out, that in Italy is mandatory to issue electronic invoice, they just gave me a hand written sheet of paper ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco is an amazing host. He really knows how to take care of his guests. He is very helpful. Since my daughter enrolled for university in Milano, I had to stay in a hotel for a few days to find an accommodation for her, and coming to another country it becomes difficult to find a place but Marco really helped with everything. He personally came and helped us in opening a bank account in the local Bank for our daughter. He spoke to his friends about student Accommodation for students. At the last moment we planned a weekend trip to Rome and Marco personally booked the train tickets and booked hotel for us. He is a very helpful man and his hotel is amazing, sparkling clean . Everyone there greets you with a smile and makes you feel homely. Whenever we plan to visit our daughter we are going to stay with Marco at his Aparthotel Navigli. Thank you Marco .

The staff is also amazing and very friendly. Will definitely book there again whenever I will stop by Milan again.
Location is perfect, right few minutes from the Navigli
