★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst service I have ever experienced. 20 minutes to get menu in 6 table restaurant. 1 hour to get food and they forgot half of the order, then they spent 10 minutes trying to figure out the payment machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am still crying outside. I went inside and told the waitress that I wanted to take away and chose a table to sit and wait. In the next few minintes, I was asked by the waitress with a poker face to stand up from several seats and at last i was forced to stand near the front door, super embarrassed and looked totally stupid. For some reason, they opened the door, one very rude customor sitting near the door used his mouth to show that i should close the door so i half closed it, but he was so unsatisfied and rude at that point...Why I deserve all this? I paid to get such terrible service and such insult.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great, the waiter took his service very seriously, and we appreciated that. Food was excellent as is most food in Tuscany, but felt this was a very delicious and authentic meal. Good prices and great food, can’t go wrong here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food and great hospitality! There is no air conditioning however it was a lot cooler inside the restaurant than it was outside. The food was amazing! Not your typical tourist trap but a great Italian restaurant with legit Italian food. Tons of truffle offerings which are a must in Tuscany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we came in the afternoon to drink wine and coffee and eat tiramisu. the waiter was disrespectful and first served Italian customers who came to the restaurant later than us, they got their food faster than we got the drinks. He brought us tiramisu first, we waited a long time to drink - we waited 20 minutes !!! I do not recommend it, the added service charge is really for nothing !!! The tiramisu was tasteless and the tableware was dirty. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dity glass.. waiter VERY RUDE. We were waiting for wine like 30 minutes. Italian guys next to us who ordered AFTER US - Already was finishing their antipasti…… huge la coperta - Even if you ordered vine and tiramisu….. don’t recommend
