β β β β β What a fantastic restaurant! From the ambiance, to the friendly and attentive staff, to the exquisite food, everything is perfect. Michelin star level dining, imo. This place should not be missed, so Make a reservation, it would be a pity to show up and be turned away b/c itβs full.

β β β β β The magical atmosphere of an Etruscan cave turned into a chic restaurant where you can find the local Tuscan dishes made freshly and meticulously. Service, the romantic atmosphere, the communication of staff is amazing. Among all the other touristic restaurants repeating themselves each day, on this restaurant, I felt their love for what they do. You may try a truffle dish with a nice Tuscan wine.

β β β β β An amazing restaurant within ancient Etruscian caves. The atmosphere alone is 5 star. The food was also well worth a visit. Each course was delicious and played beautifully. The only issue was the very long wait time between each course, and an even longer wait for our bill. That issue was minor compared to the awesome dining experience.

β β β β β Absolutely amazing place ! The history with the tombs is so interesting and the food was unbelievably delicious. My favorite part was the waitstaff and how attentive, kind and knowledgeable they were. Our waitress spoke English which I really appreciated. Thank you Iolanda for the hospitality and I canβt wait to visit siena again just to come eat there :) Highly recommend going to this beautiful restaurant.
