They treat you like family & we left so full and happy! Thank you so much for the wonderful dining experience & for introducing us to Siena’s “ricciarelli!” (Tasty almond cookies!!) highly recommend when in Siena!!Grazie!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is somewhat distant from main tourist tracks, and it serves delicious antipasti, hearty meals and fair-priced wines. The family, who runs this place, did their best to help us (my Italian is very limited, and there’s no English menu). And this place is full of locals, which is a good sign!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this point we have been on vacation in Italy for almost a month and this is by far our most favorite restaurant! The meal was absolutely delicious and the family running the place is very friendly and they are great hosts. If you're looking for a quiet meal and to sample some local specialties done very well then this is the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant was reccomended by friends of ours and they were right - it was great! Our group had the large salumi and fromaggio platter - it was huge and everything tasted great! We then had the osso buco, polpette al sugo and the pici all'aglione. Together with the house wine, the meal was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little gem in the old town of Siena! Found this place through Maps as all restaurants nearby were full. But no regrets. The food is local and delicious and much cheaper than in the busier streets. All customers were Italians and most were obviously regular customers. The waiter was were friendly despite our poor Italian
