I medici sono introvabili "grazie" al filtro di una segreteria scorbutica e indisponente, sempre se si ha la fortuna di parlare con qualcuno dopo ore di tentativi. Fate un servizio ultile agli utenti, chiudete che si fa ora a morire se serve una visita o un'impegnativa urgente! Basta! You have an awkward service. Doctors are nowhere to be found "thanks" to the filter of a grumpy and annoying secretary, always if you are lucky enough to talk to someone after hours of trying. Do an ultile service to users, close it is now time to die if you need a visit or an urgent referral! Enough!

E al 99% dei casi quando ci si riesce si trova segretarie scorbutiche. Mi dispiace per i medici ma il servizio parte dalla segreteria e loro ne offrono uno pessimo. Shameful!! Getting in touch with the answering machine is impossible since they keep the phone line off the hook. And 99% of the time, when you do, you find grumpy secretaries. I'm sorry for the doctors but the service starts from the secretariat and they offer a bad one.

Chi telefona in uno studio medico , di solito lo fa perché non sta bene e non per divertimento oppure per rompere le scatole alle segretarie , le persone che rispondono al telefono , le segretarie dovrebbero almeno essere consapevoli che chi chiama sta male ed essere gentili e comprensive A total disgust, bad service, you call at least 40 times to get the line, when you finally manage to talk to the secretaries you are stunned by the rudeness. E' VERGOGNOSO che un paziente non possa mettersi in contatto in alcun modo con il proprio medico a causa di una segreteria INCAPACE di fare il proprio lavoro. Ho effettuato una 60ina di chiamate dalle 15 alle 19 a vuoto A whole afternoon with the phone deliberately out of place. Mi sono recato da loro che comunque ti dicono che devi chiamare per prenotare una chiamata dal dottore. O aspettare 3 giorni fino che il dottore risponda una mail. Non c’è un numero di emergenza in caso che serva. La Soluzione trovata chiamare alla guardia medica dopo le 20. Inefficient secretariat! The switchboard never answer. After spending an hour on the phone with no answer. I went to them and they still tell you that you have to call to book a call to the doctor. Or wait 3 days until the doctor replies an email. E non è la prima volta. Se una persona deve mettersi in malattia o contattare il suo medico per urgenze cosa deve fare? Fa prima a collassare? It seems impossible to me that I call the answering machine from before 9 am and it keeps giving me constantly busy I called COUNT 20 times since 8.45 this morning. And it is not the first time. L	Luca Cassandro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattare il centro la salute è impossibile da sta mattina che provo di continuo a telefonare e il telefono è sempre occupato, posso capire di non essere l'unico in questo periodo a contattare il centro ma è l'unico modo per mettermi in contatto con il mio medico, una cosa davvero vergognosa !!! Io sono in isolamento per positività al covid e non ho ancora i giorni di malattia e neppure una cura da poter prendere per i sintomi .... davvero non ho parole ma purtroppo questa è la sanità in Italia..!! I am in isolation due to covid positivity and I still do not have sick days and not even a cure to take for the symptoms .... S	Syed Asif Ali Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever you go their to see a doctor they will tell you to book an appoitment via call but after calling thousand times they wont answer the call . there should be an online appointment system with doctors in order to make it easy and simple .
