Allora, il personale della farmacia ha innanzitutto una sensibilità e disponibilità verso i clienti, che non trovi da nessuna parte. La farmacia è il " negozio" dove vanno persone ammalate ( o per comprare cosmetici e qui le persone , magari, non hanno bisogno di cure mediche) quindi il lato umano è fondamentale. Psicologia, empatia verso i clienti sono basilari. Non dimenticando la competenza medica di cui è fornito il personale. Quindi smettiamo di lamentarci se perdiamo dieci minuti in più e apprezziamo la presa a cuore dei nostri problemi e la ricerca di consigli personalizzati. Io non abito più a Marghera ma appena posso vado alla farmacia Medina. Bravi, continuate così The best pharmacy ever. I read about customers who complain about long waits. Chiedere è lecito, rispondere è cortesia. Ma la cortesia, alla farmacia Medina, sembra proprio non esistere. Non esistono sistemi per gestire le code, quando basterebbero i numeri progressivi che si trovano ormai dappertutto. E, comunque, non si capisce come mettersi in fila... Sicché mi è capitato di essere scavalcato da numerose persone e, quando mi sono messo in fila a una singola cassa, ho sempre dovuto aspettare un tempo eccessivo. Comunque la farmacia è ben fornita , pulita e ordinata e il personale mi sembra competente. Se si impegnassero a risolvere il "problema" di gestire meglio le code sarebbero al top. Peccato! Per il problema delle code, è vero che essendo una delle migliori farmacie (e non solo a Marghera) spesso c'è parecchia gente in coda, ma credo dipenda proprio dal tipo di servizio offerto...tutti vogliamo essere seguiti al meglio, ma non tutti i clienti hanno l'educazione e ad altri manca la pazienza. I farmacisti preparatori che la farmacia medina ha come marchio 'proprio' offrono un ventaglio di integratori tutti davvero validi ed efficaci. Inoltre i prodotti corpo e viso sono altrettanto buoni. Mi servo da anni in questa farmacia, lo staff è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile a consigliare. Ieri mi sono recata per i cosmetici ed ho scoperto un mondo....il marchio Dolomia e tutti i suggerimenti della dottoressa mi hanno illuminata il pomeriggio!!! Loro Premiano la fedeltà del cliente con buoni sconti, tessera fedeltà ecc...ed il cliente si sente doppiamente considerato e premiato da bontà dei prodotti e dalla professionalità dello staff!!!?
