★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per fare un tampone molecolare e chiedere informazioni, sono stata trattata malissimo da una dottoressa, oltre ad avermi chiuso il telefono in faccia non è stata in grado di ascoltarmi , tagliando corto e dicendomi che doveva chiudere la tefonata senza farmi finire di parlare.
Capisco le farmacie piene e la mole di lavoro elevato , ma trattare cosi le persone che hanno bisogno è poco professionale...grandissima maleducata !

Vieni rimbalzato da un lato all altro della farmacia, per arrivare a parlare con un dottore alto con gli occhiali messo lì un angolo che fa tutte le analisi con le provette. Lo saluto buongiorno dottore! Manco risponde educazione pari al zero. Aspetto dieci minuti a un certo punto si gira e mi chiede ha bisogno? Ovvio che ho bisogno devo fare la prova del colesterolo, risponde deve chiedere a... A chi? Sono lì da dieci minuti ad aspettarti incompetente maleducato avresti potuto chiedermi subìto cosa avevo bisogno anziché fare il presuntuoso. Voto 0 al dottore le dottoresse molto carine.
