F	Francesca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì 1 novembre ho accompagnato un amico per effettuare il tampone faringeo, vorrei segnalare la violenza da parte della Dr.ssa Che ha eseguito i tamponi invitandola a modi più delicati, ritengo che non è necessario introdurre il tampone fino al cervello. Sostituitela perché tutte le persone presenti ieri, ed erano tante, sono certa e sicura che non si rivolgeranno mai più alla Vs. farmacia. Ho mostrato e mi hanno controllato la ricetta, mi hanno detto che il farmaco non era disponibile e andava ordinato, lo ordino e ritorno l'indomani per ritirarlo; il giorno dopo mi dicono dapprima che la ricetta è scaduta (la stessa mostrata il giorno prima) e mi invitano a tornare con una nuova prescrizione! Premesso che capisco che ognuno fa il proprio lavoro e va portato rispetto, ma a volte è bene anche avere un po' di flessibilità, essendo un farmaco per una malattia cronica dal costo di 102 euro a scatola! Non è la prima volta che sento parlare male di questa farmacia, se vi trovate da quelle parti, vi consiglio di fare qualche centinaio di mt e andare a quella successiva! Bad staff and welcome! I can enthusiastically confirm that, since it belongs to this new Uk brand, it has improved some aspects, refreshed layouts and visual, more convenient shop spaces, added new brands I really love; Impressive, it really looks like a sort of a full - stocked mini market where u can find all u need, with great prices (some items at lower price than other pharmacies nextdoor) - good value for money, cool beauty crew and informed (once, 1 of the girls helped me find a seemingly out of stock product and was all smiles) fast service even in scrips, recommended, will come back 4 sure, If I could give more stars I would.

Got colour matched and recommended more products for my skin type. not so big but well stocked, fast in covid testing, helpful and smiling crew
