Nel tardo pomeriggio di oggi mi e' stato rifiutato un medicinale ..Voltaren fiale costo della confezione 2 euro e 92 centesimi, in quanto ero sprovvista di ricetta. Alla mia risposta che avrei avuto la ricetta via email sullo smartphone..il farmacista mi ha risposto che voleva la ricetta cartacea. Voglio informare il farmacista che la ricetta elettronica e valida. Infatti nella successiva farmacia dietro presentazione di ricetta elettronica mi hanno rilasciato il medicinale ...per loro e stato un percorso di routine. Ps forse è il caso che la farmacia si aggiorni in merito. Bad experience. In the late afternoon of today I was refused a medicine .. Voltaren ampoules cost of the package 2 euros and 92 cents, as I had no prescription. When I answered that I would have the prescription via email on my smartphone .. the pharmacist replied that he wanted the prescription on paper. I want to inform the pharmacist that the electronic prescription is valid. In fact, in the next pharmacy, upon presentation of an electronic prescription, they released me the medicine ... for them it was a routine process. Ps maybe it is the case that the pharmacy updates on this.
