La signora bionda che dice di essere la responsabile, non sa cosa significa la parola problem solving, soprattutto in determinate situazioni delicate dove basterebbe solo un briciolo di tatto e immedesimarsi nel prossimo. L importante x lei era aver venduto le medicine aver incassato i soldi e ciaoo... ? Ti ricordo io che lavori in una farmacia non in un negozio di vestiti. Sono stata subito dopo in un altra farmacia di Seveso dopo aver parlato con lei mi hanno detto tutto l opposto ed erano disponibili a aiutarmi e mi hanno dato dei consigli. Non ci andrò mai più......per fortuna che è anche una farmacia comunale! I should miss one star, zero help for the next, little humanity in solving a problem related to drugs. Mi sono presentata il giorno del tampone con 30min di anticipo. Farmacia VUOTA e ripeto VUOTA, con 4 farmaciste e io sola per un tampone. Ho atteso 15min fuori dalla porta aspettando che mi chiamasse qualcuno...quando ripeto in farmacia non c'era NESSUNO. Al banco in attesta della stampa del Green pass arriva una chiamata sempre da una signora per richiesta prenotazione tampone, la farmacista risponde che erano pieni, dopo non so cosa le ha detto la signora al telefono e la farmacista ribatté dicendo: eh dai allora venga, sisi dai... Mancata disponibilità o mancata voglia di lavorare? Ho fatto un tampone con esito positivo, hanno sbagliato ad inserire nel portale il numero di cellulare, di conseguenza a me da ATS non è giunto nulla. Ho chiamato la farmacia per far rettificare il numero, mi ha risposto un uomo che con comportamento scortese mi ha detto che non era possibile perchè i dati erano già stati inseriti, cosa non vera! Oltretutto mi hanno fatto pagare il tampone, anche se non avrei dovuto, in quanto avevo la sintomatologia presentata da covid-19; inoltre non mi hanno rilasciato ne scontrino fiscale, ne documento per scaricare le spese mediche. pharmacy made up of rude and incompetent people.
