I bought my house 13 years ago thanks to the Imnova and a few months ago I always sold thanks to the Imnova in just 3 months despite the difficulties related to the pandemic. Enrico, Valentino and Roberta always precise and punctual. Great service even after the deed.

FATE ATTENZIONE a quello che firmate e piuttosto prendetevi del tempo per informarvi su eventuali postille da aggiungere per tutelare la vostra compravendita. Non tutti gli agenti sono preparati per consigliarvi in base alle vostre esigenze... o forse i miei amici sono solo stati sfortunati ed hanno trattato con un agente che in quel momento per SUPERFICIALITA' non li ha tutelati nel modo giusto facendogli PERDERE PARECCHI SOLDI.

Come sopracitato ho solo riportato l'esperienza di amici, tutto reale niente d'inventato. Le brutte esperienze capitano a tutti, non se la prenda non sarà ne la prima ne l'ultima recensione negativa che riceve... anzi sono sicura sarà l'impulso giusto per migliorare.
NO STARS. Friends of mine have had a very bad experience with this agency. PAY ATTENTION to what you sign and rather take the time to inform yourself about any footnotes to add to protect your sale. Not all agents are prepared to advise you based on your needs ... or maybe my friends have just been unlucky and have dealt with an agent who at that moment for SUPERFICIALITY did not protect them in the right way making him LOSE A LOT OF MONEY.
