In questa agenzia fanno solo perdere tempo e non rispondono alle domande che vengono poste. Mi ero affidata a loro per l'acquisto di una casa indipendente, salvo scoprire un sacco di problematiche non evidenziate al momento della proposta di acquisto. Dopo mesi e mesi, e dopo aver fatto - a mie spese - una sacco di controlli sull'immobile ho dovuto rinunciare all'acquisto per via della mancanza di correttezza dell'agenzia che non mi aveva comunicato che il cortile della casa era comune al vicino e non privato come avevano dichiarato fin dall'inizio. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di stare alla larga da questo posto e dalle agenti che fanno finta di lavorarci.
Totally and shockingly unreliable. If you need to look for a house, contact serious professionals. In this agency they only waste time and do not answer the questions that are asked. I had relied on them for the purchase of an independent house, only to discover a lot of problems not highlighted at the time of the purchase proposal. After months and months, and after having done - at my expense - a lot of checks on the property I had to give up the purchase due to the lack of correctness of the agency that had not informed me that the courtyard of the house was common to the neighbor and not private as they had declared from the start. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place and the agents who pretend to work there.
