Manuel ci ha contattato ed è riuscito in pratica a vendere la casa in 2 giorni, al giusto prezzo che volevamo noi. È andato dritto al sodo e ci ha trovato subito l'acquirente perfetto. Non può essere solo fortuna e ce l'ha dimostrato anche successivamente,seguendoci e aiutandoci ogni volta che serviva, anche dopo la chiusura delle trattative.Due mesi dopo averlo conosciuto eccoci qui al giorno del rogito.Professionale sempre, va dritto al punto senza perdere tempo. Tempismo perfetto e ottime capacità, dobbiamo solo ringraziarlo per quanto ha fatto per noi. We had been trying to sell our house for months, other agencies have made fun of us or wanted to lower the price. Ecco non mi sono sbagliato a metà luglio aveva già un cliente con una caparra e rogito a Settembre. Lavoro svolto egregiamente fotografie professionali, pubblicità impeccabile e veritiera e soprattutto al prezzo che abbiamo concordato insieme. Che dire difficile trovare una agenzia come MY HOME immobiliare che mette professionalità e qualità.
