F	Fabio Borioni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa trasparenza proposta acquisto presentata e accettata a gennaio 2020 (va bene la situazione covid-19) sottoscritto compromesso dove viene riportato di cedere l'immobile libero da vincoli ed invece in corso di perizia si scopre vincolo edilizia convenzionata. Finalmente si fissa data (settembre nove mesi dopo) per rogito e la sera prima da terza persona veniamo informati che al rogito i venditori non ci consegneranno l'immobile perché ancora non libero. Vergogna. PS il loro compenso ricevuto per intero a marzo!!! Casa trovata a Cesano Abbiamo fatto un offerta a dicembre, a gennaio ci e stato chiesto un aumento sulla richiesta, abbiamo accettato perché la casa ne valeva , dopo moltissime telefonate per poter avere la firma della venditrice sul contratto ed inoltre i documenti per poter avviare la pratica in banca , non rispondevano e le poche volte che rispondevano ci sentivamo presi in giro dicendoci,domani vi inviamo i documenti.domani .domani .domani. sempre cosi fino lo scorso week end quando dopo un appuntamento urgente chiesto da noi, ci viene detto che l'indomani dovevamo conoscere la venditrice dove alla fine non ha voluto venderci la casa senza darci un motivo.. Abbiamo perso 3 mesi . Grazie Negative Experience.
