★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una Stella, perché meno non si puó mettere. Siete incompetenti,sleali e la professionalità non credo nemmeno che sappiate cosa sia.
Non sono stata presa nemmeno in considerazione solo perché giovane e con un garante, ricordatevi solo una cosa, prima di essere stati adulti siete stati anche voi giovani.
I wear a star, because you can't wear less. You are incompetent, unfair and professionalism I don't even think you know what it is.
I wasn't even taken into consideration just because young and with a guarantor, remember only one thing, before being an adult you were also young.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una Stella è già tanto..assistenza inesistente, mandi messaggi e non ti rispondono , chiami e ti rispondono a mono sillabi.
Gli agenti immobiliari non prendono a cuore le persone ma solo i soldi , non si chiedono perché una persona insiste tanto per cercare di avere un.appartamento in affitto .
Sopratutto in questo ufficio di Cesano Maderno ( Limbiate ottime persone)
A Star is already so much ... non-existent assistance, send messages and they don't answer you, call and they answer you in mono syllables.
Real estate agents do not take people to heart but only money, they do not ask why a person insists so much to try to have a rented apartment.
Especially in this office of Cesano Maderno (Limbiate excellent people)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza brutissima...... sconsigliamo assolutamente questa agenzia. Avendo chiamato per chiedere informazione, l'agente immobiliare ci ha risposto che non affittano ai stranieri, senza neanche cercare a sapere della nostra situazione lavorativa. Una vergogna assoluta!
Diconno che sono i proprietari che non voglionno stranieri (gia una vergogna in sè) quando non avevamo neanche chiesto di un immobile in particolare. E' quindi l'agente che era chiaramente razzista.
Bad experience ...... we absolutely do not recommend this agency. Having called for information, the real estate agent replied that they do not rent to foreigners, without even trying to find out about our working situation. An absolute shame!
They say they are the owners who don't want foreigners (already a shame in themselves) when we hadn't even asked for a particular property. It is therefore the agent who was clearly racist.

Leggo recensioni di gente che afferma che non affittano agli stranieri, non è affatto vero, noi abbiamo affittato attraverso il loro aiuto ad una famiglia di Pakistani...
Great service, very nice owners, helpful and courteous. I found myself very well. Excellent on everything, really wonderful "turnkey" service.
I read reviews of people who say they don't rent to foreigners, that's not true at all, we rented through their help to a Pakistani family ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto un appartamento fatta proposta attenzione per una pensionata quindi reddito più sicuro di così , chiesto il garante dato , chiesto un secondo garante dato , dopo circa una settimana mi viene detto che non accettava la proposta perché i garanti sono di un altro nucleo famigliare ..... bah parliamo di 500 euro di affitto al mese !!!! Beh prima e ultima esperienza in agenzia ...... notare che sia chi ha fatto la proposta che i garanti pagano l’affitto la prima da 20anni senza mai un problema e i secondi da 25 anni dalla stesso proprietario quindi anche referenze ottime .
I saw an apartment made a proposal for attention to a pensioner, therefore income more secure than that, asked for the given guarantor, asked for a second guarantor given, after about a week I am told that he did not accept the proposal because the guarantors are from another family unit. .... bah we are talking about 500 euros of rent per month !!!! Well first and last experience in the agency ...... note that both those who made the proposal that the guarantors pay the rent the first for 20 years without ever a problem and the second for 25 years by the same owner, therefore also excellent references.
