★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assolutamente scadente. Dopo aver prenotato un tampone molecolare a domicilio venerdì per il martedì mattina dopo, non vengo contattata fino al giorno stesso. La mattina stessa per tre volte chiamo per chiedere informazioni, per tre volte mi vengono richiesti i dati e mi viene promesso che sarei stata richiamata in breve tempo. A fine mattinata, dopo una quarta chiamata, mi viene comunicato che l'infermiera incaricata era irraggiungibile e mi viene consigliato di rivolgermi ad un'altra azienda.
Absolutely poor service. After booking a molecular swab at home on Friday for the next Tuesday morning, I am not contacted until the same day. The same morning I call three times to ask for information, three times I am asked for the data and I am promised that I would be called back in a short time. At the end of the morning, after a fourth call, I am informed that the nurse in charge was unreachable and I am advised to contact another company.

E scandaloso fare aspettare la gente cosi tanto!
Si paga 150€ per un test PCR e il servizio ricevuto è inaccettabile!
Se potete fare altrimenti non andate a questo centro!
We had an appointment in the morning at the Nextlab test center in Malpensa and we waited more than 3 hours.
It is scandalous to make people wait so long!
You pay 150 € for a PCR test and the service received is unacceptable!
If you can do otherwise don't go to this center!
