C	Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente da molti anni, preferivo la vecchia sede e gestione in cui mi trovavo bene, erano precisi, accoglienti, veloci, mettevano a proprio agio. Per fortuna la ragazza che da anni fa i prelievi c’è ed è ancora gentile. Da quando hanno cambiato sede sono rimasta delusa dalle donne alla reception, 2 arpie, infastidite anche nel dare informazioni minime, non dicono buongiorno sono maleducate con i clienti e per niente accoglienti e professionali. Customer for many years, I preferred the old headquarters and management in which I felt comfortable, they were precise, welcoming, fast, they put at ease. Fortunately, the girl who has been withdrawn for years is there and is still nice. Since they changed location I have been disappointed by the women at the reception, 2 harpies, annoyed even in giving minimal information, they do not say good morning they are rude to customers and not at all welcoming and professional.

Purtroppo il tutto vanificato dall'impiegata all'accettazione (a mio parere quella più giovane) per i modi bruschi, poco educati ed estremamente arroganti, gratuitamente e senza alcuna motivazione. Sono rammaricata perché tale comportamento va a discapito di chi invece ama il proprio lavoro e lo svolge con diligenza e senso del dovere. .. the stars would have been 5 for the extreme kindness and availability of the medical staff who makes the samples. Unfortunately, all thwarted by the receptionist (in my opinion the younger one) for the brusque, uneducated and extremely arrogant ways, free of charge and without any motivation. I am sorry that this behavior is to the detriment of those who love their work and do it diligently and with a sense of duty.

Veramente vergognoso.Questa è la professionalità del nord . Fiera di essere del Sud . All’accettazione impiegate maleducate , non lo hanno neanche fatto parlare . Le due che ho contattato non facevano gli esami di laboratorio che dovevo fare io allora mi sono rivolta a questa struttura.Scelta azzeccata mi hanno seguito sia telefonicamente.... una bravissima ragazza del centralino si chiama Erika mi ha consigliato cosa dovevo fare mi ha fatto arrivare il giorno prima per per spiegarmi bene tutta la preparazione dei miei esami e poi il giorno che sono andata a fare gli esami ho incontrato una brava ragazza che me li ha eseguiti. Avevo solo 5 persone davanti e la coda di muoveva veloce. Molto soddisfatta da questo centro penso proprio che se ho bisogno ci tornerò. Ho chiamato il centralino per informazioni e il ragazzo super gentile mi ha girato all'ufficio interessato dove mi hanno spiegato nel dettaglio cosa dovevo fare . Mi è capitato anni fa di fare anche il pap test e l'infermiera è stata molto gentile e mi ha messo a mio agio. Gli esami inoltre si possono visualizzare online, molto comodo per chi ha urgenza di sapere i risultati. Professional and fast.
