La parte fisioterapica è veramente ottima.... consiglio vivamente a che ne avesse il bisogno.

Colgo l’occasione del completamento delle 30 sedute di FKT (Fisio Kinesi Terapia) svolte presso il Centro Medical B di Busto Arsizio per ringraziare tutto lo staff ed in particolare la Dott.ssa Ilaria Oldani che, con la sua grande professionalità e tutti gli esercizi svolti in questi ultimi due mesi, mi ha permesso di recuperare totalmente l’uso della mano e dell’avambraccio dx. A seguito di una brutta caduta con conseguente frattura scomposta di radio ed ulna e di successiva operazione chirurgica per l’inserimento di placca in titanio e viti, ho svolto questo percorso di recupero presso questo centro con ottimi risultati, come confermato questa mattina durante la visita fisiatrica presso l’Ospedale di Busto Arsizio.
Vorrei sottolineare anche:
-La puntualità degli orari e la massima cortesia di tutto il personale
-La disponibilità di modifica degli orari e dei giorni di terapia che, qualche volta, ho richiesto ed ottenuto senza problemi
-La Segreteria efficiente

I take this opportunity to complete the 30 sessions of FKT (Physio Kinesi Therapy) held at the Medical Center B in Busto Arsizio to thank all the staff and in particular Dr. Ilaria Oldani who, with her great professionalism and all the exercises carried out in the last two months, has allowed me to fully recover the use of the right hand and forearm. Following a bad fall resulting in a displaced fracture of the radius and ulna and a subsequent surgical operation for the insertion of a titanium plate and screws, I carried out this recovery process at this center with excellent results, as confirmed this morning during the visit. physiatric at the Busto Arsizio Hospital.
I would also like to point out:
- Timeliness of timetables and the utmost courtesy of all staff
- The availability of modification of the times and days of therapy which, sometimes, I have requested and obtained without problems
- The efficient Secretariat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa, in quanto, come già notato in passato, il personale al desk è un po’ “freddo e sbrigativo”. Ma al terzo appuntamento la situazione è degenerata, mi sono ritrovato a discutere con un’operatrice che, ahimè non ha ben chiaro che certi atteggiamenti penalizzano l’operato di tutta la struttura.
Ritengo il ruolo di accoglienza fondamentale in certi ambienti ed in questa struttura sicuramente necessita un’azione correttiva tale aspetto; anziché concentrarsi sul controbattere ad un paziente con difficoltà motorie (a seguito di recente operazione).
Peraltro, avendo la clinica solo 4 parcheggi ed essendo posta su una via colma di macchine parcheggiate, ho anche dovuto affrontare un notevole tratto a piedi.
Consiglio altri centri meglio organizzati sotto tutti gli aspetti.
Unfortunately, this was a negative experience, as, as noted in the past, the staff at the desk is a bit "cold and hasty". But on the third appointment the situation degenerated, I found myself discussing with an operator who, alas, is not very clear that certain attitudes penalize the work of the whole structure.
I believe the reception role is fundamental in certain environments and this aspect certainly needs corrective action in this structure; instead of focusing on fighting back to a patient with motor difficulties (following a recent operation).
Moreover, having the clinic only 4 parking spaces and being located on a street full of parked cars, I also had to face a considerable stretch on foot.
I recommend other centers that are better organized in all respects.

Sia per quanto riguarda l'alta professionalità e competenza dei medici che vi lavorano sia per la disponibilità e l' organizzazione generale.
Negli anni ho fatto visite con la reumatologa, il cardiologo , il fisiatra; mia figlia con il dermatologo e oculista, ho effettuato una risonanza articolare...insomma...posso dire di aver ben potuto conoscere il centro e le persone che vi lavorano.
É un centro molto completo, con medici di alto livello e personalmente ho sempre riscontrato massima gentilezza anche quando ho dovuto spostare / annullare/ riprenotare gli appuntamenti..
Lo consiglio sicuramente
I have used the services of this multi-specialist center for different problems and I have always found myself very well.
Both as regards the high professionalism and competence of the doctors who work there and for the availability and general organization.
Over the years I have made visits with the rheumatologist, the cardiologist, the physiatrist; my daughter with the dermatologist and ophthalmologist, I carried out a joint resonance ... well ... I can say that I was able to know the center and the people who work there.
It is a very complete center, with high-level doctors and personally I have always found maximum kindness even when I had to move / cancel / rebook appointments.
Definitely recommend it

I found myself very well both for physiotherapy with Valeria and Valentina and for tecar therapy. I also found the visit to the physiatrist, Dr. Martignoni professional and the doctor nice and fast. The very kind secretaries. Good prices.

Durante la prima seduta si è verificato un imprevisto (NON per causa della struttura) che ha causato l'interruzione dell'esame. Grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale, ho potuto rifare l'esame dopo qualche giorno ottenendo il risultato desiderato. Grazie ancora per la disponibilità dimostrata nei miei confronti.
I went to the facility for an MRI. During the first session there was an unexpected event (NOT due to the structure) that caused the interruption of the exam. Thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, I was able to retake the exam after a few days, obtaining the desired result. Thanks again for your availability towards me.

Servizio professionale ed efficiente, il personale è pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta e gestisce le pratiche in modo veloce e preciso. Assolutamente consigliato!
Consiglio inoltre di parcheggiare in Via Varese (accessibile dall’incrocio con il semaforo) dove si trovano quasi sempre posti liberi.
I went several times for eye examinations as a center with agreements with Generali insurance and I found competent doctors. Professional and efficient service, the staff is ready to accommodate every request and manages the practices quickly and accurately. Absolutely recommended!
I also recommend parking in Via Varese (accessible from the intersection with the traffic light) where there are almost always free spaces.
