★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 1 ora di coda per gli esami del sangue, senza nemmeno indicare l ultimo paziente accettato, hanno annunciato che chi sarebbe riuscito ad entrare entro tal ora, avrebbero potuto fare il prelievo, mentre gli altri sarebbero stati li un ora per nulla. Ci vuole un minimo di organizzazione nell' indicare l ultimo paziente accettato in coda, o disporre di numeri per la fila, mi sembra la base per la gestione di pazienti e clienti (che sono PERSONE che necessitano di tali prelievi, e non stanno a fare la fila per divertimento ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una struttura quasi perfetta, gestita benissimo ... all'ingresso un operatore molto scrupoloso e attento, in sala d'attesa c'è tutto, distanze e protezioni, manca solo la segnaletica verso gli ambulatori, che ho faticato (si fa per dire) a raggiungere, scattato il mio turno .... ambulatori davvero da 10 e lode! ... operatori top! ....Humanitas non si smentisce mai!
An almost perfect structure, managed very well ... at the entrance a very scrupulous and attentive operator, in the waiting room there is everything, distances and protections, only the signage towards the clinics is missing, which I struggled (so to speak ) to reach, my turn started .... really 10 and praise clinics! ... top operators! .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare gli esami del sangue cui è molto semplice, all'entrata misura della febbre e igenizzazione delle mani, obbligatoria la mascherina. Per accettazione attesa di 2/3 minuti, poi subito prelievo ed eventuale ritiro referti online il giorno dopo. Il tutto in 10/15 minuti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché meno non si può dare: ho prenotato tramite call center e, con conferma dell'appuntamento, la mattina dell'esame mi avvisano che il medico pertinente quel giorno non è in ambulatorio e di tornare un'altra volta. Orari per il ritiro degli esiti sbagliati e personale tutt'altro che ben disposto, tutto ciò privatamente. Inaccettabile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sembra humanitas, abituata a castellanza dove funziona tutto in modo efficiente qui disservizi e scortesia.
Prenotazione effettuata mezzo fondo 20 giorni prima, mi avvisano la mattina prima che non vedono la prenotazione. Chiamo il fondo mi confermano la correttezza di tutto, richiamo loro e sono irreperibili perché rispondono 2 ore al giorno al telefono (fino alle 10.30 mentre il fondo inizia a rispondere alle 9.30).
Ricevo messaggio di conferma dell'appuntamento.
La mattina mi presento alle 6.30, mezz'ora di attesa per poi essere rigettata perché loro non sono in grado di recuperare nessuna informazione. Ultimo monito, la prossima volta ci contatti lei qualche giorno prima, PECCATO CHE NON RISPONDETE.

E la ragazza al centralino mi aveva assicurato che l'esame che dv fare con una certa urgenza presso il centro di Busto Arsizio sì poteva eseguire ... Sicuramente la ragazza era inesperta e poco preparata ....
Mi reco al centro e mi hanno detto che non si faceva e che avrei dv prenotare altrove chiamando e perdendo ancora tempo, lasciamo stare che la signora all'ingresso ha urlato alla ragazza al bancone il mio esame così è stato sentito da tutti i presenti in sala !!! Alla faccia della privacy !!!! Complimenti
