β β β β β Impiegata sgarbata, si rifiuta di darmi il mio referto, richiestomi dal datore di lavoro, con esami anche personali... dopo essersi accertata con la collega per telefono, mi da il referto senza scusarsi... siccome ero tornata per altri esami, si dimentica pure di consegnarmi la card per scaricarli su internet. Incompetente, maleducata e ignorante.

Far attendere fuori dal centro in strada, di prima mattina con qualsiasi tempo atmosferico, anziani che si reggono su stampelle o che addirittura si muovono solo in carrozzina senza avere diritto di precedenza e senza permettere loro di sedersi all'interno del centro per l'attesa di esami del sangue rende il centro Lifebrain di Mestre pessimo per il servizio, l'accoglienza, e la disponibilitΓ .

β β β β β pessimo servizio da una settimana provo a contattare il centro telefonicamente dalle 07,00 alle 18,00 inutilmente " gli operatori sono impegnati si prega di richiamare piΓΉ tardi" controllo il sito e appare che oggi lunedΓ¬ 16/08 sono aperti mi reco alle 07,30 e trovo un cartello con scritto siamo in ferie dal 12/08 al 18/08 premetto che da 10 anni semestralmente faccio esami presso il centro Fleming di Mestre con questo vi faccio i miei piΓΉ sentiti complimenti per come trattate la clientela. Ovviamente da oggi mi rivolgerΓ² ad altri.

β β β β β Me and my wife had a great experience at this lab. We needed to get the PCR/Molecular test done to be able to travel back to Canada. Took us max 20 minutes in/out and we got our results within 24/hours. Thanks again. Make sure to email or call to book an appointment as we had one before we went.

β β β β β I had a pcr test with a reservation one week ago. Try emailing them instead of calling them, they were helpful and quick(replies within one hour).
However, the reception got almost all of my information wrong on the form, including phone number, address, and even my nationality. Even though I wrote them out on a note! Plus, the pcr test made my nose mucus bleed after a few minutes from leaving the center. Pretty sure PCR test is not supposed to make me bleed.
I did get my results the same day evening as I did my test on 9:40 a.m.
