Sono andato a fare il tampone pcr al costo di 50 eu venerdì alle 10.10 fidandomi di quanto pubblicato sul sito sull'esito da avere indicativamente nelle 24 ore. Avrei dovuto diffidare quando hanno cercato di farmi vendere quello di 100 eu per essere sicuri di avere il risultato entro 24 ore. È sabato sera e il risultato non è pronto. Mi chiedo a questo punto che senso ha la frase "indicativamente 24 ore"? Non era più corretto dire entro 48 ore o di più? Non era più corretto essere più trasparenti? Il risultato mi serve per domenica mattina per un viaggio, complimenti per la mancanza della trasparenza. Siete inaffidabili e pessimi... Bossy and rude staff. Non essendo di Seregno mi sono persa, ho dovuto lasciare la macchina ad un kilometro di distanza perché non vi è posteggio nele vicinanze. Sono arrivata qualche minuto in ritardo. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto prendere il numero e mettermi in coda. All' interno c'erano ammassate circa 30 persone, in barba al distanziamento di sicurezza, più una decina all' esterno, anch'esse ammassate al ridosso della porta. I booked. Sono arrivato 5 minuti prima dell'appuntamento, saltata tutta la coda e fatta l'accettazione, prelievo eseguito in uno studio dedicato solo ai prenotati on line. Insomma, 10 minuti tutto finito. Anche gli esiti potrò scaricarli dal sito internet, quindi tranquillamente da casa. Che dire: se anche gli apparati statali funzionassero così, faremmo mangiare polvere anche ai tedeschi... Mi sono accorta dopo aver fatto il prelievo e ho dovuto sottopormi ad un secondo prelievo e purtroppo l'infermiera non è sta in grado di trovare la vena nel braccio sinistro e, dopo vari tentativi spostando l'ago nel braccio, ha poi dovuto ribucare il braccio destro. Esperienza da privato PESSIMA!!! s	santo nicotra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato malissimo, a Partire della prenotazione online dove ero prenotato per un orario e mi hanno fatto entrare dopo 45 minuti, persone senza prenotazione entrate 25 minuti dopo Di me sono stati assistiti prima di me…… penso che prendere prenotazioni e farle Attendere così tanto penso non sia una mossa geniale, sorvolando questo aspetto, personale poco cordiale per porgere una domanda ho dovuto anche lì attendere diversi minuti e poi scocciate mi hanno risposto, ed infine ecco i risultati dopo un prelievo ematomi e dolore al braccio e la prima volta che mi succede una cosa del genere…... Spero più che altro che questa recensione venga presa in considerazione dai gestori per risolvere questi problemi…. Errare è umano non porto alcun rancore però vorrei ricordare che è una prestazione a pagamento e non sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio oltre che al disagio e al dolore che mi ha recato. Tutto ciò è accaduto sabato 5 marzo in mattinata.
