★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono trovata molto bene. Facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con il traghetto scendendo a Rialto (è situato a pochi secondi a piedi da Rialto, davanti a una farmacia). Avevo preso l'appuntamento per un tampone PCR tramite mail e ho avuto risposta e conferma dell'appuntamento nel giro di un'ora, staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Per mia esperienza, è finora la struttura con il prezzo più vantaggioso per questo tipo di tampone.
Il giorno dell'appuntamento sono arrivata in anticipo di trenta minuti e sono riusciti a farmi il tampone immediatamente. Il risultato l'ho ricevuto entro 24 ore. Generalmente sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.
 Personally I found myself very well. Easily reachable either on foot or by ferry getting off at Rialto (it is located a few seconds walk from Rialto, in front of a pharmacy). I had made an appointment for a PCR swab by email and I had an answer and confirmation of the appointment within an hour, very helpful and friendly staff. In my experience, it is so far the structure with the most advantageous price for this type of pad.
On the day of the appointment I arrived thirty minutes early and they managed to swab me immediately. I received the result within 24 hours. I was generally very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They PCR test only provided 7-9am and by reservation. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. And when I went and requested a reservation, all fully booked. The results come back 48 hours. I was in need of a PCR test and no other places offer in Venice. The receptionist was not helpful at all and VERY unpleasant. I asked if she could helped me to phone another place for me to and she said “no I need to work. Just email them.” And rolled her eyes. It is ridiculous.
GO TO AIRPORT, it’s a bit of hustle, but it was done within 5-10 minutes. The girls are way nicer there. And it’s open until 7pm. You get your result within 24 hrs. It’s right by the boats.

They don’t pick up the phone. Go and ring the buzzer to be let in..it’s up ~2 flights of stairs.
PCR test I think is 36-48 hour turnaround

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far I’ve only corresponded by email. I’ve receive professional and helpful information including that there are no elevators to the second floor. I also received a good walking map to locate them. Now I just have to figure out how to get to the 2nd floor with a wheelchair!
