β β β β β Die Umgebung ist sehr schΓΆn, nur die Ferienwohnung war nicht so toll. Die MΓΆbel ist alt und richt auch so.Es sind viel Ameisen ? auf der Terrasse und im Zimmer.Der Pool ist sauber und im gutem Zustand.
 The surroundings are very nice, only the apartment wasn't great. The furniture is old and correct. There are a lot of ants ? on the terrace and in the room. The pool is clean and in good condition.

β β β β β Outside busy hours is better than three stars, but on Saturday where it is change day, you have to find patience deep inside you. Even though we arrived an hour early (1500 and officially opening 1600) we had to stand in line app 1hour 15minutes. They could hire someone to hand out water or similar because it's very hot outside the office, when you are not familiar with the temperatures yet.
Even though all information is entered when booking, you have to fill in a paper slip with same information, that they then manually enter in their system. A slow and seemingly very oldfashioned system. The queue outside keeps on growing, and even though 5 (five) counters are open, they only manage to take one new customer in every 2-3 minute. This calls for a modernisation - pleeeeease!!!
Same with parking lots and beach charts. These two are on a large printed A2 paper, and reservations are written with a pen on this. Corrections are removed via erasor or removed via white correction tape (hadn't seen that for 15 years or so). This system works relatively fast though, and it is also safe from system crash or other computer problems.

Shop: personal is more busy with the colleges instead of customers. Wait and wait.
Reception: personal find phone more important then customers. In the middle of a conversation pick up the phone and let you wait. Gives me the feeling I am more a problem then somebody who is on a holiday.
