Abbiamo affittato questo appartamento per la settimana di ferragosto ma è stato un susseguirsi di disavventure già dall'arrivo perché dovevamo scaricare i bagagli ma l'ingresso al giardino era bloccato dalle auto parcheggiate davanti al cancello: ci siamo dovute fare la processione a piedi sotto il sole con tutte le borse! Abbiamo chiamato l'agenzia ma ci hanno liquidato in fretta facendo scaricabarile e dicendoci che l'ingresso era bloccato dalle auto di qualche giornaliero, di portare pazienza fino a sera e limitandosi ad apporre un misero foglio sull'auto: dopo 5 giorni l'auto era ancora lì, abbiamo scoperto poi che era di un residente. Abbiamo anche chiamato i vigili ma è stato ancora peggio! NON ESSENDOCI IL CARTELLO "PASSO CARRABILE" sul cancello hanno fatto come se il caso non fosse loro e se ne sono fregati alla grande dicendoci che al massimo potevano venire a mettere multa per divieto di sosta. Quando siamo riuscite ad entrare con l'auto pensavamo che il calvario fosse finito e invece no! Una mattina dovevo uscire con l'auto per un emergenza sanitaria privata e dovevo tornare a casa di corsa ma ho trovato un'altra auto che mi bloccava l'uscita dal giardino! Cmq l'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in condizioni igieniche mediocri! Vergogna! Vergogna! Vergogna!
Bad experience if not more! We rented this apartment for the week of August but it was a succession of misadventures right from the arrival because we had to unload the luggage but the entrance to the garden was blocked by the cars parked in front of the gate: we had to do the procession on foot under the sun with all bags! We called the agency but they liquidated us in a hurry by blaming us and telling us that the entrance was blocked by the cars of a few days, to be patient until the evening and limiting themselves to affixing a poor sheet on the car: after 5 days the car it was still there, we later found out it belonged to a resident. We also called the brigade but it was even worse! NOT BEING THE "CARRIAGE PASSAGE" SIGN on the gate they did as if it were not their case and they fooled themselves, telling us that at most they could come and put a fine for no parking. When we managed to get in by car we thought the ordeal was over but no! One morning I had to go out by car for a private health emergency and I had to rush home but I found another car blocking my exit from the garden! Anyway the apartment was delivered to us in poor hygienic conditions! Shame! Shame! Shame!
