A	Alois Irlmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 12 ore di viaggio con tre bambini e la stanza già prenotata due settimane prima (Appartamento nr. 25 est) arriviamo in Agenzia del Orologio con una sorpresa bellissima, ci hanno spostato al ultimo piano (tre scalinate) un appuntamento COMPLETAMENTE diverso (appartamento 36 ovest)VECCHIO E PERICOLOSO! Mio figlio si è BRUCIATO facendosi la doccia perché è saltata la corrente(o hai il asciugacapelli acceso o la TV, sennò salta la corrente) e l'acqua andava SOLO CALDA! USTIONE ALLA COSCIA SINISTRA!!! GRAZIE DELLE BELLE FERIE, Agenzia del Orologio! 1300€ BUTTATI VIA! Sconsiglio fortemente a tutti! UN APPARTAMENTO MOLTO PERICOLOSO E VECCHISSIMO! Saluti ad Alessandra! After 12 hours of travel with three children and the room already booked two weeks before (Apartment nr. 25 east) we arrive at the Agenzia del Orologio with a wonderful surprise, they moved us to the top floor (three stairways) a COMPLETELY different appointment (apartment 36 west) OLD AND DANGEROUS! My son got BURNT taking a shower because the power went out (or you have the hair dryer on or the TV, otherwise the power goes out) and the water was ONLY HOT! BURN TO THE LEFT THIGH !!! THANKS FOR THE BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAYS, Agenzia del Orologio! € 1300 THROW AWAY! I strongly advise against everyone! A VERY DANGEROUS AND VERY OLD APARTMENT! Greetings to Alessandra!
D	Doge DJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per prenotare un monolocale per tre notti ma la signora che ha risposto in modo anche sufficientemente sgarbato, mi ha detto che mi avrebbe mandato un'email con i dettagli ed i prezzi. Questa email non è mai arrivata. Abbiamo alloggiato altrove I called to book a studio apartment for three nights but the lady who answered in a rather rude way said she would send me an email with the details and the prices. This email never arrived. We have stayed elsewhere
N	Nicola Caporello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione e struttura da poter sfruttare ma gestione dell'agenzia molto latitante. Al mio arrivo nn sapevano spiegare dove era l'entrata del garage, nn sapevano spiegarmi la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti ,nn mi hanno dato la tessera per poter entrare in piscina, ho chiesto due lettini da campeggio per le mie figlie di un anno e uno era rotto, nn ci sono mobili o ripiani dove appoggiare chiavi o telefono borse o quantaltro, il materasso del letto era sfondato (un mal di schiena), ho chiesto un microonde l'hanno posizionato per terra alla portata delle bambine e con la stessa presa di corrente del televisore quindi o scaldavo o guardavo la TV, una vasca da bagno che forse è stata montata negli anni 80 (infiltrazioni laterali di acqua e ad ogni doccia un lago da asciugare). Nessun asciugamano uno straccio un panno, dotazione della posateria e del pentolame minima e anticata, danno in dotazione un asse da stiro ma senza ferro (a che serve?), nessuna possibilità in bagno dove mettere lo spazzolino. Posizione dell'ombrellone lontana 1 km a piedi. Esperienza nn positiva. Excellent location and structure that can be exploited but very fugitive agency management. Upon my arrival they could not explain where the entrance to the garage was, they could not explain to me the separate waste collection, they did not give me the card to be able to enter the pool, I asked for two camping beds for my one and one year old daughters it was broken, there are no furniture or shelves to put keys or phone bags or whatever else, the mattress of the bed was broken down (a backache), I asked for a microwave they placed it on the ground within reach of the girls and with the same socket so I would either warm up or watch TV, a bathtub that perhaps was fitted in the 1980s (lateral water infiltrations and a lake to dry at each shower). No towel, rag, cloth, minimal and antiqued cutlery and cookware, they are supplied with an ironing board but no iron (what's the use?), No possibility in the bathroom where to put the toothbrush. Umbrella position 1 km away on foot. Not positive experience.
D	DeFacto Is on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu teuere und unzuverlässig. Eine Wohnung reserviert und ne andere gekriegt, und das mit drei Kinder nach 12 Stunden Reise. Nie wieder. Too expensive and unreliable. Reserved an apartment and got another one, and that with three children after a 12-hour journey. Never again.
F	Fuat Sulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se prenotate la, via fate prendere in giro, costa lo stesso appartamento che si può prenotare dalla Agenzia Lampo, 500€in più. Noi abbiamo prenotato un appartamento ,confermato tramite email, ma ci è stato dato uno stravecchio e non quello prenotato. Vergognatevi. If you book the, via make fun, it costs the same apartment that can be booked by the Lampo Agency, 500 € more. We booked an apartment, confirmed by email, but we were given an old one and not the one booked. Shame on you.
