★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Kein AGB, keine Stornobediengungen beim Vertragsabschluss. Habe Anzahlung überwiesen und dann in 3 Tagen wieder storniert. Die Reise war in 6 Monaten geplant. Die Agentur hat 10% der Anzahlung, also fast 100 Euro, für sich behalten. Eine Schweinerei. Wir haben bei dieser Agentur schon mal eine Wohnung gemietet, war auch nicht so toll die Ausstattung, aber das ist wahrscheinlich in Italien generell so. Die Italiener haben keine Ahnung über guten Service. Nicht ein Mal eine Liste vorbereitet, was in einer Wohnung schon vorhanden ist.
Never again. No terms and conditions, no cancellation conditions when concluding the contract. I paid the deposit and then canceled it in 3 days. The trip was planned in 6 months. The agency kept 10% of the deposit, i.e. almost 100 euros, to itself. A mess. We have already rented an apartment from this agency and the equipment wasn't great, but that's probably the case in Italy in general. The Italians have no idea about good service. Not even preparing a list of what already exists in an apartment.
