★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'arrivo il signore addetto alle prenotazioni ci ha riferito di averci cambiato appartamento, senza alcun tipo di preavviso.
I piatti, posate e altri utensili erano sporchi.
La struttura era nettamente diversa da quella prenotata nonostante l'addetto alla prenotazione ci abbia detto che era molto simile.
 Upon arrival, the man in charge of reservations told us that he had changed our apartment, without any kind of notice.
The dishes, cutlery and other utensils were dirty.
The facility was distinctly different from the one booked despite the booking clerk telling us it was very similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento, purtroppo senza poterlo vedere, ma le foto nei vari siti erano promettenti. Ottima posizione dell'appartamento, con ascensore ..ci viene detto "è nuovo, terminato un paio di anni fa". Il locale ci viene consegnato "pulito" ma dobbiamo ripulirlo (sabbia ovunque, pavimenti e porte sporchi). Poche dotazioni e scarsa qualità (pentole datate e non adatte al piano ad induzione e rovinate). Il posto in spiaggia viene assegnato sia a noi che ad un altro cliente della stessa agenzia, problema risolto dal gestore dello stabilimento balneare convenzionato. Mancanza di parcheggio dello stabile, però ci viene assicurato che ne forniranno uno vicino. Ci viene assegnato un posto auto all'interno di un altro condominio e ci viene indicato di parcheggiare dove non c'è segnale di posto auto. La nostra auto subisce un danno da un altro ospite (che fortunatamente si identifica) e alle nostre richieste di spostare l'auto ci viene detto di lasciarla lì perché i posti di quel condominio sono di proprietà (il giorno prima invece la versione era diversa). Meritava solo la posizione dell'appartamento!!!
We booked an apartment, unfortunately without being able to see it, but the photos on the various sites were promising. Excellent location of the apartment, with elevator .. we are told "it's new, finished a couple of years ago". The place is given to us "clean" but we have to clean it up (sand everywhere, dirty floors and doors). Few amenities and poor quality (dated pots not suitable for the induction hob and ruined). The place on the beach is assigned both to us and to another client of the same agency, a problem solved by the manager of the affiliated bathing establishment. Lack of parking in the building, but we are assured that they will provide one nearby. We are assigned a parking space inside another building and we are instructed to park where there is no parking space signal. Our car suffers damage from another guest (who fortunately identifies himself) and at our requests to move the car we are told to leave it there because the seats of that condominium are owned (the day before, however, the version was different) . The location of the apartment deserved only !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni presso un appartamento al residence Soleil, gestito da questa agenzia. Appartamento ottimo nella location, per il posto auto interno, per la vicinanza alla spiaggia e come dimensioni. Tutt'altra cosa invece lo stato interno della pulizia al nostro arrivo (riferito all'agenzia alla consegna delle chiavi al termine del soggiorno.. Quindi non ci nascondiamo dietro a un monitor del PC): ambiente con odore di fumo come se chi prima di noi (o gli addetti alle pulizie) avessero fumato all'interno, poco curato, non pulito a terra e sulla mobilia. Poco attrezzato in termini di pentole, posate, piatti...
Non c'era addirittura il mocio che abbiamo provveduto ad acquistarci. Noi ci siamo arrangiati e ce lo siamo puliti come fosse casa nostra senza avvertire nessuno (sapendo di trascorrere 10 giorni di vacanza non avevamo voglia di arrabbiarci e così abbiamo fatto), però uno è convinto che quando paga, deve avere tutto.
Diamo 2 stelle.. Per dare fiducia all'agenzia e che ne tragga uno sprono dopo tutte queste recensioni un po scontente dei clienti. Visto la grossa opportunità che hanno in un posto magnifico come Caorle e visto gli ottimi appartamenti che hanno... Magari ci riprovano in maniera più "professionale"!
We stayed 10 days in an apartment at the Soleil residence, managed by this agency. Excellent apartment in the location, for the internal parking space, for the proximity to the beach and in terms of size. On the other hand, the internal state of cleaning upon our arrival (referring to the agency at the delivery of the keys at the end of the stay .. So we do not hide behind a PC monitor): environment with the smell of smoke as if who before we (or the cleaners) had smoked inside, poorly maintained, not cleaned on the ground and on the furniture. Poorly equipped in terms of pots, cutlery, plates ...
There was not even the mop that we proceeded to buy. We arranged and cleaned it as if it were our home without notifying anyone (knowing that we spent 10 days of vacation we didn't want to get angry and so we did), but one is convinced that when he pays, he must have everything.
We give 2 stars .. To give confidence to the agency and to draw a spur after all these reviews a little dissatisfied with customers. Given the great opportunity they have in a magnificent place like Caorle and the excellent apartments they have ... Maybe they'll try again in a more "professional" way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia che peggio non si può. Personale scontroso e maleducato. Neanche ti fanno il preventivo e non rispondono alle mail. Da una ventina dall'anni frequento Caorle ma non credo ci sia un posto peggio. Non meritano di lavorare.
Agency that couldn't be worse. Grumpy and rude staff. They don't even give you a quote and don't reply to emails. I've been going to Caorle for about twenty years but I don't think there is a worse place. They don't deserve to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was NOT the first place we used this agent to fing an apartment in Caorle. Last year was more or less the same thing, high price, very low quality apartment. This year (2019) we were optimistic, instead the same thing. Old apartment, we were shown an apartment with 2 bathrooms, then there was just one... it was so dirty inside and smelly. Lucky for us there was a washing machine, so i whent off to the supermarket to buy detergents and spend 4 hours cleaning/washing. Under the couch there was sand, hair and even a dummy of a child (in simple words, nobody cleand the apartment).
The matteres of the beds were practically broke trough, you could feel the springs on your back.... bad, bad bad.
When we checked out we told the agends employees (two young ladies), they were not cared, it was if we disturbed them telling them the issue... not interested any way in what we told them. This was a bad experience for two years with this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the agencia immobiliare cocal, unfriendly, arrogant and not very helpful. Appartement ok, but definitely not worth the money. Poor equiped, bathroom flooded when having a shower, windows and doors old and difficult to close and open, tv channels only italian, not very foreign friendly.
