Con mio stupore mi han restituito i soldi della caparra ( che non mi era dovuta poichè la caparra se recedi, è perduta). Han capito la mia situazione, questo mi ha stupito e mi ha fatto capire la professionalita' ed anche l'onesta'.
They found me an apartment for rent, unfortunately for personal reasons, after a proposal I had to withdraw. To my amazement they returned the money from the deposit (which was not due to me as the deposit is lost if you withdraw). Han understood my situation, this amazed me and made me understand the professionalism and also the honesty.
